Bellco has been working on this for three years. They had to show some promising numbers to get a reduction in the price. Don't under estimate the China healthcare industry. No country is growing like they are and with that comes greater access to healthcare. Granted they are not over paying like the USA, but there are a few very large pharma companies taking shape there. Whatever we do they copy, so clinics have to be popping up. They have a growing middle class and workers are demanding healthcare.

So if we can survive to 2015 and beyond, our valuation will depend on China. If you don't understand that, then get out of investing. Immediately. If Neph has to tighten the numbers to get a footing into China, then by all means do it. One day China currency will be the world currency. So you better have a footing there. Because our standard of living is going to tumble, when we no longer can just print it.

  • That 600,000 shares just made the company $780,000.

We'll chip in and send you to Africa to investigate.

  • All you're doing is giving more cheap shares. This will backfire.

The territories got expanded to include, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Korea, Mexico, Brazil, China and Netherlands. We took a healthy cut, but expanded greatly the reach. Now if you read the original stuff, Bellco agreed to at least 15K units a Quarter for 4.50 Euro. That's like $90K a quarter. As I stated this is a numbers game. Do you want only $90K a quarter or do you give them a better deal to expand? China is the thing that sticks out and I'm sure Bellco needed a lower price to enter these markets.

Expansion costs money, so if Neph gave up some value here and got increased sales, we should be happy. This is a pure royalty deal and we do nothing but cash a check. We kind of need them selling 2M units a year to get profitable.

Dva has to worry about the royalties that Bellco starts delivery as of Jan 1. So the time to strike is in between. Everyone puts down the deal they struck with Bellco, but it's always been a number. Meaning they granted them a lower value, but additional milestones have to be met. Take for instance they ask for $5 each and sales of 2m units a year = $10M.

    Lower the price to $4 and get 3M units sold= $12M. It's a win/win.

We don't manufacture anything. This is just revenue.

Ebola outbreak is great for COCP

It takes years to develop a drug, so I believe they have their hands full, doing what they already have on their plate. I cannot rule out a EBOLA, I just think it's unsophisticated to leap from hepatitis to Ebola. It would surprise me, if we tackled that and it would be years away. Look how long it took to get to ph1 on Hepatitis, 6 years. Glad I only had to wait 7 months of it.

I have other investments that I watch. Not in the boring one that has sat at $20 for 10 years, so If I don't reply back, IT"S BECAUSE I DIDN"T SIT HERE ALL DAY. Now let's look at who put out the number. Either Zakes or Roth. Probably Zakes and they have a $4 target. One way to make that happen is completely under estimate the numbers. We know for sure the rare earth prices were higher this quarter. So that reimburse number will be higher from Honda.

Durafit rolled out, that should add some spice to the numbers. They will have an expense of getting rid of the CFO, who by the way wanted 75,000 shares as a going away present. Hmmmm. I wonder why?

Prediction is a $2.8M loss. They are setting the bar really to low. Even with you running the company they couldn't lose $2.8M. Bring it on. Bet that number changes before the event. I like it though, easy number to beat and smash.

I didn't state I would sell my shares. I stated I would start trading them. I own a large amount of shares. I will be around for the big events, the things that will move this to much higher levels. But between those moments, I plan on trading when I see certain indicators. I wanted capital gains and after that, I will move some things around. I do expect that WG will break above $15 real soon.

The only thing you can coach us, is on how you place your lips on spanspurs hinny and don't get chapped lips.

You are an idiot to sell this one so cheap.

Apparently China decided to short not buy, as was the pump that Vorlon started. Reckless how they play this up. I warned you long ago, the good guys are the bad guys. The only party that has been 100% on matters is the few of us who voiced our concerns.

Who stated I want 5% of the company? That's 600K shares. Well then again you make up stuff all day long. It was an ugly company. The company has done numerous things to change my mind. First they cut $800K in operating losses in one quarter. As for announcements, I figure out what's coming in advance of the news, not after it. I can't wait till they land a China deal or Durafit grabs 10% of the market. The ZPGM get's a large partner.

The float is too small to chase this. You play your little game. They could have vacated in June. Prepaids are for the rare earth metals. Nothing to do with a $40K lease obligation. You just show how ignorant you are, when you make things up.

Clearly you have a motive to invent negative items out of thin air. The only reason they assign four low level bashers to one board, is to run disinformation campaign. No wonder, there could be $1B-$5B market cap appreciation if they land any of this stuff.

There was no way this company was ready in 2011 to roll any of this out. But every day they get closer. Like I stated you first test and get patents lined up. Then you unveil the technology. I got a feeling we haven't seen anything on the valuation here. Tell your boss, you have met your match.

Prepaids are demanded by suppliers who fear bankruptcy

Not if you have to send the money first to get it shipped. Obviously I have a accounting background. That's why I can quickly out maneuver you on your deceit. Prepaid dummy understand the word. As they receive it, the prepaid comes off the balance sheet and moves into inventory. Please tell me you are not this dumb. As they order more metals, they prepay it. As long as they carry a strong prepaid number, they are doing very well.

If it was a negative in the SA article when prepaid's dropped, then it has to be a positive when they increase. Do you concur or is this over your pay scale.

  • In May 2011 the share price was going up and an article came out on Seeking Alpha. Here's what it stated about Prepaid's. Dbtunr pay close attention.

Clean Diesel Technologies (NASDAQ:CDTI) ended Thursday's session on the corner of euphoria and delirious, roughly doubling in value. Put in perspective, by the end of the day shares were twice as expensive as the session prior.

Yet it was a scant news release maintaining that the company "received nearly $2.0 million in orders for its verified (approved) emission reduction products" that drove shares beyond rational boundaries. The $2M order represents approximately 4% of Clean Diesel Technologies' sales on an annual basis (per its 10K filing) -- hardly justification for the irrational trading that took place on Thursday.

Further, as of the most recent quarter, cash and equivalents totaled just $1.245M, down from $5M in the previous quarter, per its 10Q filing. During the same period, accounts receivable grew more than 36%, suggesting some complacency on the part of debtors.

To the dismay of by-the-number type investors, debt continues to grow and the exhaustion of certain prepaid expenses may put a strain on cash, particularly in the short-term. The question then becomes: Who will finance the company -- or rather, how will the company finance itself?

Sad to see dbtunr sell himself out on such childish moves. Common theme by his is misrepresentation. Is this on purpose. No one can be this dumb. But then again? . Maybe he likes being a low life? Leaving out details on purpose and making up whatever lie he can think of. But he has been busted now for the fifth time. Whatever happen to three strikes, bashers play by their own rules. Two spanspurs on the same board, what are the odds. Both are born liars and both get the facts wrong constantly. Then again I called spanspur a feminine hygiene product and days later dbtrunr stated I called him a D-bag. can't make this stuff up.

No, prepaids are probably for rare earth metals. I don't think they send these out on credit. You are losing it dude. I would wager that competitors also have a prepaid line also on their balance sheet. This is an industry wide occurrence and it actually is a positive measurement.

You have to do better than this. I would be ashamed if I got schooled so often, like you have to be. Bet GS shows up, to press his lips to your hinny soon.

Because you left it out and include long term debt to claim the company is BK. apparently you want to run a deceptive bash here. They didn't close the office till July. These prepays are from June. Do you even think through your replies. Dude, don't be dumber than spanspur. You have lowered yourself to that level.

Maybe you are a better pumper then basher. It seems you are awfully sloppy and inaccurate. I love you being here, because I get to fill in the pieces you leave out. No one can trust anything you post now. You are in the same league as spanspur. Bush league.

Easy test. Well, not for JZ. We both show up at the same time and post three consecutive one word replies. That means within a few seconds we post six messages. This eliminates that we have cell phones and computers to send with. If we need six messages each to lay to rest that we are not the same person, then we each post six one word messages. Impossible to pass this being the same person.

Show us it then. You babble on and on about Harl. The only person who would cry over spilt milk is someone who lived it and lost big time. You are a liar. You never made a dime here or anywhere else. The facts are clear, the discussions are clear. No one bashes a stock they are long on. You have to pretend.

Next quarter numbers will be triple last quarters $7M profit. Maybe between now and then you make a few bucks and get 100 shares. For a basher, you just not very bright.

BTW after Sept 15, my shares are all capital gains. I will start trading shares after the next run up. Taking advantage of a stock that has nice swings. But first it needs to break $15.
