It is odd that all of a sudden then needed to dilute. Then today's announcement. Could the China company say, fine pay us $2M and we will give you your headline?
I will concede this is a large biotech and I would not call it a bribe. PVCT needed some news, so maybe for a few $m's this biotech said, fine, we'll put some time into it. You get what you needed, we'll take a peak. We are not promising anything. Which is exactly what you got.
Not too far fetched, specially for this company. Do you concur? Look this is the same company that put out a SEC filing....,the courier picked up the package. You cannot make this stuff up.
It was the weakest of deals. PVCT would have to supply the drug, there is no schedule for any trial. This sounds like Obama and an Iranian nuclear deal. Maybe Dees fell off his bike while negotiating this deal?
I don't play those games. No one knows when a deal may jump up and slap us in the face. If they landed the other two strong Acura lines, they could see 12K vehicle filter sale a month. That could be revenues of $1.8M per quarter. If Honda goes all out and converts, then we could see an additional $10M per quarter in sales. We just do not know what is in that contract. But for some reason, they pointed at telling us in the 2Q 8-k. If it was bad news they would be required to share within 3 days.
Zackes analyst felt that this opened up Asia. If you recall his questions in the past, they always centered on when Asia would open up to CDTI again. This new deal, he feels, accomplishes that now. The timing for a Honda deal, would be June, since CDTI would need to prepare to ship the 2016 models in the 3Q. If Honda fully commits, this could add $12M a quarter in revenues. (back of napkin figures). At a 30% margin, that adds $3.6M in operating profits. At the same time, if they could trim some R&D costs, we could be looking at $2M a quarter in profits. That would be about .53 EPS annually. Give it a PE of 20 and we are looking at $10 a share.
On neph website, it lists next to the contact info link, something I believe is new. "Development Pipeline" link and it list coming soon. What could they be working on, that is new to us? Maybe a filter that meets the new building codes? Here's one I am kind of hoping for. A filter specially designed for soda dispensing machines. One tested by the FDA to meet the new standards. We could see Coke and Pepsi buy millions, and continue buying. Just look around in a one square mile around your house and count how many dispensers are there. The only hang up I see with apply a filter to a soda dispenser, is the new ones pour a glass pretty fast, so the filtering would be an obstacle.
Is this Development pipeline link something new? I never noticed it right next to the contact link before.
Today could be the last day, you can get the .5 shares. Markets closed tomorrow. Think we finish with this trading at .48. Very few will let go, this late in the game, unless they pay up for them. Who wants to lose the free shares? Not many.
Ironic that dbtunr had to erase his post, asking "what Greece has to do with this board". The reason he erased, was that he made this same comment when I posted about FX issues. He stated what does FX have to do with RVM. You cannot make this stuff up.
Start Monday. PGLC moves to the Nasdaq. The sci-vac deal moves into over drive. The deal Frost is mixing up with Levon mining and PGLC. PEA release from PGLC.
This could be the fireworks of the century and we have a front seat.
It has nothing to do with the low life stuff you pull? Little boy, doesn't like the taste of his medicine.
Dbtunr made the same statement when I warned about FX issues. What happen next? His RVM fell 75%. (counting todays value of HL). Dbtunr never get's it. Interesting today the Greek Finance minister stated he would step down immediately, if Greece vote yes to the Euro deal. Interesting days we live in. We have the dbtunr's of the world, are clueless to the ramifications of FX and Greece events. That's why we appreciate dbtunr on these boards. He makes everyone else look smarter.
Okay, that makes sense. I think they choose their wording carefully, with the intention of implying more then they are really delivering. Maybe AF chimes in again.
Plus, if this in combination. They had two PR out of six patients. Could the PR be linked to the combination drug and not PV-10. It's just odd that they leave out any mention of the combined drug.
Reading the latest trial stuff on PV-10 in Liver. How come they never discuss the combination drug. It just seems odd that they talk about PV-10 only. The study is about PV-10 and the PFE drug combination. What am I missing here?
Maybe they diluted, because this China company wanted money to even look at at. Management of this company will do whatever dirty trick they can pull, to pump this.
Real negotiations going on? Sounds like it. They will meet periodically and no money will be required to be spent. This sounds like the worst possible deal, they could get. If you had to put this on a scale where 1 being bad and 100 being great deal, this would be 33.
The unsophisticated will rush in on the head line. Love the part they will meet periodically. No milestones, no time. The spike will be short lived.
