Why old news? You have posted 2007 news several times on this site. Did you write covered calls and now have to post negative remarks, to protect your position? The past few days more and more companies have stated they will be switching their fleet to run on NG. This is a win/win situation. First the environment sees the lowering of the carbon and the build out will continue for the next ten years. Also yesterday, several countries paid a visit to the USA in hopes of persuading us to deliver natural gas to them. Included is Korea.
Better buy back those calls and get on board. We need better bashers, the current one only has old material. If you live in the past, you miss the future. LNG is going to be explosive.
Found this morning:
markets have gotten a boost from encouraging Chinese economic data recently. A private-sector gauge of China's manufacturing activity jumped to a seven-month high this month, while the economy expanded 7.8% in the third quarter from a year earlier, faster than growth in the first two quarters of 2013. Adding fuel to the fire are the recent launch of a free-trade zone in Shanghai and expectations for economic overhauls at a Communist Party meeting next month. The changes are expected to include greater access to the economy for private and foreign investors, further economic deregulation and moves to allow increased mobility of the population
The water filter is a done deal. The $15M is a drop I n the bucket each year. Yesterday the Marines are discussing a change in the caps they wear. The men have one type and the women another. There's a debate to switch to a unisex cap. Now the men's cap is about a 40% the cost of the women's cap. However they are leaning towards the women's unisex cap. It cost $82 a piece and would cost the gov't $9M extra a year to have this single cap compared to having the men's as the unisex cap. So if they don't care to save $9M a year, it shows you that there is plenty of money to fund a life saving water filter bottle.

Very impressive trading pattern. Looks to me that someone is accumulating on any weakness. The smart money always gets in early. I would like to see an update on the sale of the one asset that they were working on.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
It did state that. Makes sense that they make a bridge loan as we wait for the world event to unfold.
We had zero volume yesterday and today 190,000 share. If you look closely they are trying to acquire on average 100K shares a day or every other day. To me this looks positive. Bet we see .005 in the next few days. Someone is acquiring shares very quietly.
That is very old news. The latest is that an employee (Clayton most likely) borrowed them $32K this year. Why would he do that? They want this company operating because the China and IBOS are real IMHO.
I agree with you 100%. I forgot about the cash payment.
There's a second source for funding and how that works I'm not exactly sure. So I have my fingers crossed and because the company is staying current with reporting and now a insider actually made a loan to the company.
Released earnings. they had excellent results and based them on a project "Eagle Ford Shale" in Texas project. WG was very involved in this project. The part I liked about the Freeport report today was that they spent $1.6B in capital expenditures. hopefully WG enjoyed a chunk of it. We will see in a few week. I believe we hit the higher range in the numbers and maybe see .20 EPS.
Now if Al Gore can just shut his yap about the keystone pipeline.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Good question. It would be that China allows for IPO's to begin again. Meaning maybe our PVA gets funded as a going concern in China. BMGP holds 5M shares of the PVA spinoff. If it ever gets done and those shares get registered with a publicly owned company, it would be positive news. We have been waiting a long time and hope that the holdup has been China. Just wishful thinking.
They are current. Interesting how cash increased by $45K from Q2 to Q3. Why would an insider lend $24K this quarter to the company and a total of $32K this year to the company? They have as of Sept30....$53K in cash and equivalents. Bet vmax cannot explain that away. Bold move by an insider to reach in their own pocket.
Good news. Have you ever spoken with Paul on this matter? I hope this is a second thing we are waiting on. Would be nice that we have two events to benefit investors.
I notice daily someone picks up 50K shares. They wait all day and then swoop in and grab them. They are willing to pay .0037 for them. They also seem to not want to draw a lot of attention to this daily activity. Instead of buying 100K at a time, they are splitting it up in 50K buys over two days. Let's see if it happens again today.
Keeping the faith. Would be nice to actually get a PR that explains things.
The things I'm positive about are the enormous scope of projects on the horizon. When you have this much building coming on line all at one time, it has to trickle down to the companies that do the build out. LNG is a hot topic right now, this country could be on the ground floor of becoming energy independent. The CEO has stated things are robust out there. Certain words are stated at these updates that you have to look into why they choose those words. The fact that the CFO was a buyer lately, well that sums it up. There is only one reason why insiders buy shares.
I posted this week the numbers we need to be focused on. That's where it begins and the other item I'm looking out for is if the backlog has increased. The third quarter is normally their best. Weather is not a large issue in the 3Q. Now we just have to hear something positive on the keystone pipeline. That project lifts all boats. This stock reminds me of RIG 10 years ago. At the right place at the right time.
Great article. The market here could be huge. Anything you put on your skin could benefit here. The 505B pathway is a huge benefit for this company. What I like best, there are products that can start using it right away, without FDA red tape and at the same time products that will need to have the FDA approve it. A win/win setup. We are not depended on FDA approval to start increasing sales and at the same time, could get a nice validation with an approved drug using our delivery method. Not your usual biotech all or nothing, waiting on a corrupted FDA to give you a thumbs UP/DOWN.
Most bashers here want a cheap piece of this. Their first mistake. Not there last one either.
Last week it traded under $9, was that a false breakdown? If the Keystone gets approved, this industry is going to get a rush of investors in to it. I have a hunch that's what we are seeing is positioning before the news. Balanced with investors who are already profitable. Believe Nov 5 is the day numbers get released.
Before or after the bell, anyone know?
Then you need to short this. Keystone pipeline debate can now gain traction. The Cameron Parish project will ramp up. I believe this sector is going to explode. Liquid Natural Gas is in demand. The credit line is a necessity in this business. It also shows that they have the work needed to tap it. I have faith that the quarter update will be better than expected.
I haven't figured you out yet. You state you're long but very pessimistic. Why have your money tied up in something you don't see the big picture? Either you hope your posts get answered, with positive comments, so it props you up for the day. You sound a little insecure. I believe $20 is on the way and higher. I guess we will find out soon what the numbers look like.
Numbers will be released first week of Nov. The analyst last quarter estimated a .08 loss and it came in at .02 profit. This next quarter estimates from 8 analysts are for a loss of .13 to a profit of .32 a share. Big spread. The average estimate is for a .11 gain.
Low of $490M
High of $623M
If they would hit the high end of the numbers, this could move the stock nicely towards $20 a share.
It's a doggy dog world and I'm wearing milkbone underwear.
Good post Riley. It cost companies lots of dollars to update investors. Twitter is a very good alternative. The only issue I see is that not everyone has a twitter account and this may just go hand-n-hand with the old way.
