I think Dbtunr's problem is, he uses Macro analysis, when you needs to be more micro here.
First he thought Pre-paids were for rent. Had he used a micro analysis, he would have discovered prepaids were for rare earth metals. His second mistake was he claimed they need pre-paids because of risk. Had he used a micro approach, he would have discovered the big boys are required to pay, prepays.
Then moving onto Going Concern. Using the Macro approach he claims that something that maybe true on Dec31, 2013 is absolute today. He brings up that as of the last quarter numbers, it includes the Going concern disclaimer. However, if you look closer, it's your standard stuff, that they have to include that the analyst as of Dec 31, 2103 had some concerns. Micro analysis would have to take into account now, that things have vastly improved.
Today, dbtunr looks at the Yahoo chart and jumps to a death cross. Had he taken the micro approach, he would have look closer at the 5 day chart, which is more accurate then the 30 day. A week from now the 30 day chart will show that definitely the 50 day average crossed above the 200 day.
It gets old correcting him. Maybe they should teach Micro analysis to bashers. Probably won't happen, because they are having so much difficulty with the Macro stuff.
John C. Houghton, President and CEO of Nephros. "We are pleased to be working with DaVita and look forward to working with additional U.S. dialysis providers as they complete preparations in their clinics.
Could this be Fresenius?
Well then this the first stock in the history of stocks that moved .09 in a death cross. Yes you are an IMBECILE! You were an imbecile about prepaids. You can kind of say, you are a paid imbecile.
So they invent 5 new id's. Smoke and mirrors. I dangle the big prize and yet no takers on a simple test.
Interesting how these new ID's pick up right where the other pumpers leave off. How they comment on things from months ago. Apparently they have been following this stock and just recently grew the jzboxtas to post.
No way Vorlon, JZ, HH, Laurence and these new Id's can pass my test.
It seems that it doesn't matter that he's 100% wrong, he still posts nonsense. Stock moves up .09 and somehow, he posts it's a death cross. Can he be this dumb.
Paid basher are idiots.
Do you? I would not have posted golden cross, unless I saw it on the chart. You do realize that the 50 MDA is the Red line. Think about it dummy, how can a stock move .09 and be in a death cross?
It crossed back over, which is a golden cross. Not a death cross. It was a long weekend, normally stocks sell off before it. That get's discounted, much like your pathetic attempts to bash this.
Maybe they are prohibit right now. If DVA is interested, this would handcuff insiders. The last RO a few insiders bought shares. I view that as a positive. This recent SEC filing on the doctor who has 202,000 shares, that's as positive as it gets. Be happy no insider is selling.
This wine has gone sour. How's JZ doing these days. You couldn't pass a simple test, so you invent another ID.
So maybe JZ, HH, Laurence, Vorlon and Tben take a simple test? I offered to leave the board if you can pass it and yet NO TAKERS. Sounds like sour grapes to me.
I'm little disappointed that the new pump, only gets you .04. I bet you miss the good old days, when Vorlon could pump AA and get a $1 move or better.
Pumps are like socialism, you run out of other peoples money.
$7M on $525M in revenues.
.14 x4 = .56 x PE of 24 = $13.44 a share. You the fraud there Spandex. How come you post that you donated to the Obama campaign. Opps...you just cannot keep your stories straight. Do you remember me telling you to write them down. Next quarter they will make $20M and you will claim they didn't make a dime.
You are definitely clueless. LMAO
Who do you think tben_jamming old ID was? Seems they just invent a new one to replace the ones they look bad on. My guess JZ?
And now you know the Rest Of The Story. Who pumped most of this stuff, the same parties who cannot pass a simple test. I love when Vorlon, makes the poorest of excuses that Larry is out of the country.
I read over the weekend, where in 2015, every clinic has to be graded on what is called a TPS scale by facility. I wonder if DVA is looking at our product to help with the scoring. These new ESRD rules kick in soon.
On the cost of the OLP, it should be in the ball park of current machine costs. It could also motivate DVA to take us over, they could save on this cost of upgrading their clinics.
What does your investment sense, say to you when insiders have diluted into all the hype? That they got caught with their hand in the cookie jar? That they rang the bell laughing and had already received the FDA denial.
