    Guess the open

We lived through a few of these and after the RO is complete. However, management has to learn to swim next year, because this is the last time I give them any money. If you look at this, most investor don't participate in the RO, how could they? They only offer 5M shares, there's 24M shares outstanding (just a guess on O/S).

They already got the $1.75M, so this RO is going forward. The only small hope I have, it was a chess move by Wex, to show DAV, we need a serious offer.

Who you talking to spanspur? No one cares or reads your posts. You haven't had a reply from anyone but me in years. I notice Matrix getting into the Utility field by acquisition. Was WG 3 years ahead of the curve here? "BEST IS YET TO COME" .

You keep living in the past and stroking your ego. Watch and learn.

So how many shares do you own of this today? Because if it goes up, you claim you made money, if it goes down you claim you made money. You are the only loser who prospers. WG must have really clipped your wings when it fell to $3. You have carried a hard on all theses years. In a few weeks I will lock into a 25% profit and start trading this one going forward. Loser like you who sold at $3, will forever be indebted.

Every time you rant, I laugh out loud. Go buy a pump and dump stock, since you need news everyday. They'll give you a PR every 15 minutes, dopes like you need reassurances, even when they are false. Bye Roryrae. You were a idiot on ASTX board and you are an idiot here.

They didn't downsize the dilution from $50M to $30M? Did they warn anyone when they diluted into the last pump? When Jz...aka Vorlon was telling investors to expect AA at the FDA type C meeting.

Interesting that JZ puts a curse on me, but will do anything to not take a simple test.

Write the SEC. It will not trade down that low this time. They could tie in some news, to get the ball rolling. I will double my shares this time for sure. With Bellco having to pay royalities and show some figures, we should be on firm ground after this. Do they have to pay back WL the $1.75M?

Looks like Ray is long winded on explanations. How come they always need one ID making up excuses. I like the part about explain away DB's lack of knowledge when it comes to pre-paids as "let his vitriol with Billy color his judgment". Is that another way of saying he can lie, because he's mad?

How come it takes four bashers, using multiple strategies to denounce what I see? If I'm trying to influence investors to buy shares, then what they are doing is trying to influence investors to sell their shares. This is why they use multiple Id's to bash a stock.

I believe I have done a fair job of keeping this board fair and balanced. I have pointed out deliberate attempts by certain parties on what can be only construed as mistruths about this investment. When I'm incorrect on something, I own up to it. I don't see that from the other side, why is that? Because they don't care if you know the real facts, they are heck bent on investors not understanding the big picture.

Now, would Db , Ray ,GS and spanspur like to prove they are not the same person? There is a way. Watch the fireworks, happen when they open this can of worms. First, they will say I'm nuts, conspiracy nut job, then they will hee haw around it.

In the mean time, I'll keep accumulating and it looks like db is running out of talking points. He has exhausted the basher hand book, taken some hit's on the chin and delivered what can be classified as a small jab. BTW the stocks up .12 a share on average for me. I now own 18K shares and will buy on all dips. Ray the correct order for listing aliases:

Should read, Db, GS, Spanspur , then yourself. Listing yourself as second in that order is sloppy. Maybe it was one of those vitriol mistakes you bashers make. One day you will probably be stating I called you a D-bag also? Giddy -up Less

Maybe DB should change his id to DQ short for drama queen, Drama Bit--, is close. I will be golfing this afternoon, so if I won't be playing this game with you, so don't get your panties in a knot if I don't reply. You crack me up on the Prepaids. I have some more good stuff for you later tonight. So work on some better half truths. You are still 1-5-1 and I'm 5-1-1.

BTW I have made more then you planned on making on your Russell play. Please give GS and Ray a big wet one. Gs lips must be drying out. But thank goodness you have Rays to replace with.

  • Where a DOTs pump would get you somewhere. The pumpers are forced to use their own funds to prop this up and no unsophisticated money for them to hand it off. On top of this, $30M in dilution waiting to happen. They had to down size that from the $50M they wanted. You cannot make this stuff up.

Yes click on my posts on other boards Better yet, do what jxboxtas does and link to them and call me a liar. Well, since jxboxtas has one investment where he over paid by 2.5x the amount, he needs this pumped and concerned investors silenced.

There is little doubt that JZ and vorlon are not the same person. Would you two take the test. Three one word replies within a few seconds. It seems that you and Vorlon couldn't be in the same place at the same time.

Got you on the run. best part I busted the dumbest F of all.

This coming from the guy who called these prepaids, Rent. Please provide proof that anyone is demanding anything.

Then shouldn't DCI have no prepaid items? See you have to tie all the pieces together, not just a old opinion. Apparently a companies with a strong balance sheet, have to prepay more than CDTI, because why? This is why you left prepaids out of your false BK narrative and threw in long term debt. '

Having a strong $1.8M in prepaids is something you have to explain away and may I add, you are not doing a good job of it. First you drew attention to the fact that you forgot to include this number, then you drew attention to the fact that companies like DCI carry a large prepaid number. See your explanation is built on a mistruths.

Best part when you got caught lying about A/P , you gave us a flimsy excuse there. Bottom line, this company has never been on stronger footing and no amount of lies by you can prove that wrong.

    Can someone answer this

    by oosetrain760 Sep 3, 2014 9:32 AM
    billyteex1 billyteex1 Sep 3, 2014 11:06 AM Flag

the period April 23, 2012 to December 31, 2022. Medica will retain certain product and marketing rights for Italy for the period from April 23, 2012 to April 23, 2015, at which time Nephros will have the option to transition Italy into the global exclusive license for no additional consideration. In exchange for the license, Nephros will pay to Medica 1.5 million euro in two installments: 500,000 euro on April 23, 2012 and 1,000,000 euro on January 25, 2013. As part of the agreement, Nephros has granted to Medica 300,000 options to purchase Nephros common stock which will vest over the first three years of the agreement. For the period April 23, 2014 through December 31, 2022, Nephros will pay to Medica a royalty of 3% of net sales.

I think the simplest answer is the correct one. Medica didn't know how to get a FDA 510 approval in the USA. So better to license it and allow NEPH the rights. Now is this license transferrable? Medica had the proprietary technology, but what good is it, if the FDA didn't look at it? Medica was happy to get 3% plus cash.

    DVA - Vertical comment

    by billyteex1 Aug 25, 2014 2:38 PM
    billyteex1 billyteex1 Sep 3, 2014 10:51 AM Flag

They are indirectly stating something. DVA has to continue to grow and vertical is something they are considering. I don't think that DVA wants to get into manufacturing, but they may want to not only use the filters and equipment, but also get a piece of FRE action, by selling them the filter and equipment.

These guys are always thinking. The cost accountants will look at this from every angle. This is a numbers game and has to make sense long term.

Medica questions are good one. We have to weigh everything. That's why I feel this board is one of the strongest, I have ever seen. We ask the harder questions.

This boil's down to explaining away , why no RO? I think we all share the hope that there's a hidden answer.

  • I know the answer now. It's based on one single fact. Up to now, I wasn't sure why someone wanted shares that bad, that they would pay 10X my average cost. Took me 2 years to put this together, but I now know what moved us higher.

No, you were totally wrong on prepaids. Well then short DCI, because they were forced to prepay $69M in prepaids.

You called it rent prepaids. So did your alias grandslammer. I even produce an article that highlighted Prepaids as a strong sign. You are a hoot.

My record now is 6-1-1. Yours is 1-5-1. You got some catching up to do.

Yeah like they pre-pay $1.8M in rent. You crack me up. maybe you too stupid to admit when you're wrong?

You called it gifting. Not taxes. Took you three days to come up with an excuse. I'll let you slide on this one. How about you show us them trades. You seem to weasel out of that.

But then again rory, I owned you on ASTX board and I owned you here. Remember how you sold ASTX and missed that 4 bagger. How you bragged about buying BofA and I talked you out of it and saved you from a 75% haircut. You cannot go there can you, because you know I would open a can of WA on you. You spend all your life posting on message boards, useless and outdated material. Never making a penny of honest money.

Show us some trades, rory. Impress us just once. Show me the 345,678 trade on CDTI. Never used crack, sure, you got that way on your own.

I made a mistake, no need to erase it. I notice that you failed to correct your error.

When are you going to man up on pre-paids and take responsibility for a huge judgment call there?

Didn't you state that creditors required that they pre-pay because of bad credit. Then I showed you where even the big boys prepay $69M. Well apparently you are not a grown up. I may get a chart mixed up, but the things you claim are ignorant.

Some of us sleep. I just look at what you presented and you are right, it is a 50 minute indicator. I would not have guess some chart would break this down as minutes. When I'm wrong, I admit it. You got me on this one. One piece of info doesn't make you right. You still didn't know what a pre-paid was and you used a Dec opinion as gospel today. Apparently you can be very sloppy and I have to be perfect. I stand corrected on this moving average.

Debate is for learning things. When will you admit you didn't have a clue on pre-paids?

I think Dbtunr's problem is, he uses Macro analysis, when you needs to be more micro here.

First he thought Pre-paids were for rent. Had he used a micro analysis, he would have discovered prepaids were for rare earth metals. His second mistake was he claimed they need pre-paids because of risk. Had he used a micro approach, he would have discovered the big boys are required to pay, prepays.

Then moving onto Going Concern. Using the Macro approach he claims that something that maybe true on Dec31, 2013 is absolute today. He brings up that as of the last quarter numbers, it includes the Going concern disclaimer. However, if you look closer, it's your standard stuff, that they have to include that the analyst as of Dec 31, 2103 had some concerns. Micro analysis would have to take into account now, that things have vastly improved.

Today, dbtunr looks at the Yahoo chart and jumps to a death cross. Had he taken the micro approach, he would have look closer at the 5 day chart, which is more accurate then the 30 day. A week from now the 30 day chart will show that definitely the 50 day average crossed above the 200 day.

It gets old correcting him. Maybe they should teach Micro analysis to bashers. Probably won't happen, because they are having so much difficulty with the Macro stuff.
