Where did you see the two year warranty?

The procedure will allow ARB to evaluate non-OEM aftermarket parts to determine if they are equivalent to OEM devices. At this workshop, staff will discuss the concept which includes the following elements:

    1. Material specifications-similar material, size, core morphology, catalyst composition, and loading as the OEM part

2.Testing requirements - Durability testing - Emission testing - Engine validation - In-field compatibility testing - Secondary emissions testing

    3.On-Board Diagnostic (OBD) compatibility requirements • Recall process • Warranty - 5 years/150,000 miles - 2 years/unlimited miles ( 100,000 miles/year & odometer

Found it. I tried to copy, but the catalog site won't allow it. So this does go hand in hand with what CARB expects. One day this little company is going to surprise us.

Show them those buys spanspur. You have a history of pumping and lying about it. One time, show investors anything real. How's Doctor-zing doing? Frank also gives his regards.

  • Arql,

Where did you see that? CARB requires it and so this is a good sign that CDTI has been meeting the requirements. They claim to also have a 1M miles of testing of durafit, but I haven't stumbled on the 2 year change. Thanks

You can find more if you google:

Not specific to MSLP, but they may feel some pressure from it.

The 1930's confiscation was because they had the $10 Gold piece and $20 gold piece. It was going to cost the government to much to make those coins, when they raised the price of gold. Today the coins no longer have a set price on them. I would love for the USA to try and confiscate again. The price of metals around the world would go parabolic. After the USA confiscated they double the price. So everyone will know what they are up too.

The GLD has little metal remaining, only paper promises?

Here's from CARB's website. They had a meeting in December that CDTI attended. It was to workshop to address what CA expected for DPF after market replacements approvals. Here is what CARB is looking for:

Yes, I am having fun. (Since you asked nicely.)

  • I thought about his hurt feelings and I believe I have a solution. I took another line from a few good me and this should apply here and eliminate any animosity that Dr. Do Little should have from now on.

Col. Jessep: You see Doc, I can deal with the bullets, and the bombs, and the blood. I don't want money, and I don't want medals. What I do want is for you to stand there in that faggoty white medical gown and with your Harvard mouth extend me some foking courtesy. You gotta ask me nicely

I'm having trouble with yahoo also, posting things that are copied and pasted. Try changing one word in the copy portion. Maybe Yahoo is getting into the internet neutrality BS first? I think a year to 18 months from now, Durafit will control 25% of the market. Somewhere between $100M and $250M in revenues. If they can point to increasing revenues in the first and second quarters, we should trade much higher. The key in this reporting quarter, is that they under promised on the $500K and even over deliver. If these two suppliers stock each filter, we should be seeing a ramp up in revenues. Still need CARB to green light this. That would be a huge win over competitors and also OEM's who have a monopoly in CA.

    Current numbers by analysts:

    9.35M revenues
    .07-.20 loss per share.

The key is what they see going forward. Need to see $500K in revenues from Durafit and 35% margins.

Over the weekend they stated they are exiting out of their seven warehouses for metals. They are the custodial for GLD. If you do a little research you will find that JPM also sold their vaults in New York to China. The big question, whose going to take over the ownership of the GLD gold or is it all gone?

No, I thought he was stable and could take a little parody. He honestly believes that was about him. He just supplied the introduction. I think if he had some back ground in miners, he would get it.

@zzwipe is in the eye of the beholder. I'm not here to babysit you d-z. You ask for a reply, I gave you a reply. Maybe you need to work on not taking everything personal.

Fix what? It was a clever way to demonstrate the things I believe are happening around the world. Derivatives, the death of the dollar. Do you have any answers to countries monetizing all their debt? The $1,000T in derivatives out there. To many of us, this is not just an investment, it's a hedge against what we have researched. You weren't provoked, you over reacted to a post, without having the tools to understand it. I'm proud on how that came out, the parody of A few good men. You come off arrogant and ignorant all at the same time. Deep down I hope you learn something, but doubt that you have what it takes.

You are invested in COCP, they don't even have a drug in trials, less then $1M in cash. A price tag of $630M. How's that any different then here? Grow up and learn one thing about investing here, it's not about you. We could careless if you put a dime in this. My post, had nothing to do with you, except the "I want answers". Okay spandex. Be nicer to zgold, you two are both idiots.

Doc didn't erase it. It's still there. But I copied and here it is. I thought it was a nice way of saying why I'm in a this junior. To have it blown into something else, was not my intentions. Here it is, so it doesn't go missing:

Jessep (Jack Nicholson): You want answers?
Kaffee (Tom Cruise): I think I’m entitled to them.
    Jessep: You want answers?
    Kaffee: I want the truth!
Jessep: You can’t handle the truth! Son, we live in a world that has derivatives. And those QE programs have to be guarded by men with Mines. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Lt. Weinberg? I have a greater responsibility than you can possibly fathom. You weep for USA dollar and you curse the Frosts. You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know: that Dollar's death, while tragic, probably saved lives. And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, saves lives. You don’t want the truth because deep down in places you don’t talk about at parties you want me on that Mine. You need me on that Mine. We use words like PEA, drilling and Nasdaq Listing. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent defending something. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very freedom that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it! I would rather you just said ‘thank you’ and went on your way. Otherwise, I suggest you pick up a stock cerificate and stand a post. Either way, I don’t give a darn what you think you are entitled to!
Kaffee: Did you order the PEA?
Jessep: I did the job that —
Kaffee: Did you order the PEA?
Jessep: You’re goddarn right I did!

  • Who would take .06 per share less , then he could have gotten all day? No one in their right mind. Maybe earnings on Thursday?
