More likely? Are you saying oos didn't make a racist remarks and a few of these id's didn't run to his rescue. Are you saying that he didn't start the rumor Medica was bolting? Are you saying that mikey, oose and tel didn't post misinformation about selling and buying back more in the RO and to date have not shown us proof of this?

I just post what I see. I have my theory and you are welcome to yours. It's okay for oos to have fantasies, but it's not okay for ME TO QUESTION THEM.

As you can tell, I don't care what others think. See, your opinions are worthless. In fact you have cost investors more than you have given.

Bellco revenues starting in 10 days, MERRY CHRISTMAS YOU OLD SAVINGS AND LOAN. (must be read out loud in your best Jimmy Steward impersonation).

    DB,

You seem to share some of Spanspurs problems of keeping your story straight. One minute you tell us you bought after the split and now you claim to be a buyer before the split. Maybe you also need to write down your timelines and get your story straight the first time.

  • PFE didn't get that language in their partnership deal. I think that will benefit longs one day with multiple buyout offers. Frost will hand some giant on a platter, TSRO/PFE/VitD/4K/Obesity and also the investments in several companies that OPK has invested in. We now sit with a biotech with little downside, additional news of a NDA and 4K reimbursement maybe on the way. Cash milestones and royalties.

This is the stuff the giants love to acquire. Only a ignoramus would not understand that....sorry Zgold, didn't mean to pick on you and silver that way. But you have to be sensing that you screwed up big time.

    Pfizer eyeing Opko

PFE has a history of first partnering then acquiring the company. They did this with COLY, even after having a set back on their partnered drug. COLY stock fell to $3, and PFE made an offer of $8 a few months later.

I would put PFE at the top of the list on who acquires this in 2015/2016 window. Would not rule out J&J. Since Frost is so good at structuring deals, PFE deal will not scare off anyone. The TSRO deal and PFE deal, just adds serious $$$, to the final number. We all know Frost has a number in mind, he also knows that if you stack the deck correctly, you will get that hand dealt to you. My guess he would consider $60B. Would not be surprised if $75B is the final number. Anyone notice that there was no language in the agreement of First Refusal by PFE. This was very positive to us, because that language would scare off rivals, who would be afraid to compete on a bid.

Just my humble opinion. Frost is one smart CEO. He knows when someone wants something of his and he bargains with that in mind. How else do you buy the TSRO drug for $6M and structure a deal like he got there. Shorts do not have a clue to what they are up against.

We have it at the Bellagio. There Oose can tell us how he was in a coma, found out he had texted the CEO of the Bellagio when he was sick, that they should put a spectacular fountain system in front of the place. However, when he woke up, he found the text, but he would have a concern about this happening, since they would use minorities to do the work, would they be able to get the piping correctly attached. Then he writes the CEO with this concern, but then decides to erase the rant.

Already on the drawing board, was a water show. It goes off without a hitch, oos shows up for the grand opening, thinking it was some how his idea. Looking for a pat on the back, he's met there with 10 names tags, because the CEO knew what he was dealing with. Apparently the CEO has caller ID and noticed the posts coming from one source.

A room with one guy and 10 name tags. Doesn't sound like a reunion to me. Maybe oose can bring his wife's step mother with him, so we can tell her what he thinks of her? Invite some of the tech's who made this happen and have him explain how they beat the odds, you know being ethnically challenged.

Maybe the grand master can give a speech, have show up on a screen that text message of NEPH 10.80. Mikey and Tel can bring their brokerage statements and show us how they beat the system.

We all could have a long laugh about how Medica almost jumped ship. Funny thing we give oose our cell numbers, get him drunk, after he makes some off color jokes, we wait to see the next morning if he text messages us, his next buyout.

Bollwyill, I cannot wait. How do you know oose will be there, that's funny how often the same people speak for each other. Using words like we, our, us and now you know he will be there.

Yeah, you don't have multiple id's here. LMAO.

RVM historical share price on RVM on Feb 16, 2012:
    4.48

Dbtunr claims he's long that day. 35K shares is his claim.

The only reason he can claim he's having a good year, is he hasn't booked theses losses. Happy a happy Christmas. I just got my present early.

Sounds like dbtunr is a liar. Thought he was going to get rich on RVM and even after a 1 for 3 reverse split, his shares are worth .71. Does he need north of $10 to breakeven?

I didn't realize that a LONG can only post good news and say positive things. My shares are electronically held and can be sold in an instant. Yours are chiseled in stone?

    DB,

You didn't share with us that you lived through a reverse split on RVM. A 1 for 3. So when you told investors you own 35K shares of it, that was after seeing it go from 105K to 35K and so when I say you are down 33%, it's much greater than that. No wonder you are so depressed.

Are you saying that CLCT paid you $35K in dividends? LMAO, you lie just like spanspur. You made fun of investors who didn't have the same position you had in RVM. How's that worked out?

CLCT was a terrible investment, that's why you panic and sold most of your shares. Your words not mine. Then it ran $2.50 afterwards. The bottom line, is you didn't believe what you were shoveling over there. That makes you a #$%$.

This is why you need 10 ids. because when you are exposed, you need to gang up. Angry and abusive.....that's the new theme. So you can be a racist on this board, erase those posts and be held in high regard. Interesting, I need to shave my head.

I will continue to beat a dead horse. This way, the board knows whose real and whose not. I'm still waiting on all the geniuses to show those trades they claim they made, prior to RO and then cleaning up. To date, no one can validate it. How about shows us that strategy on posting those trades and dates.

First WG never hit $16. Wish it did I would of doubled my money. You sure had a dry spell since 1999. Glad that you turn that losing streak around. But one small hit on CLCT cannot replace 15 years of loses.

RVM maybe causing you to lose sleep, losing 35% can do that. You should have back up the truck here at $1.43, but I tried to convince you.

When you were pumping CLCT, I was warning investors of the 20% fall after dividend.

I just point out my observations. Look, I nipped in the bud that Medica was jumping ship. I nipped in the bud that techs were ethnically challenged. Your advice to sell and buy back shares was not well thought out and you still haven't shown us, your trades to validate your point.

I don't blame you, that you don't want to be reminded of these facts. It's the Holidays, but for unknown reason, we see 10.80 NEPH. Harmless, but not true. Now maybe this doesn't insult your intelligence, but then again few things do.

When this hits $50 a share, will sukin still be here? I think "sukin_cash" is something he does. Just like the old joke, so are your names Bob and Neal or is that something you do.

    Be_wise_linearize,

They have been denying reality for 7 years. So to expect another outcome is insane. Your point is well taken by some of us. You shared a valid point and did some great research.

Immediately you are viewed as a basher, when you were just making an observation. One side wants all positives and another side wants none and you are maybe the only sane one, to look at this from many angles.

I sense you are a straight shooter and your intentions is to know the short term and long term problems. It makes sense to examine who else's is in this boat and compare. But some longs lost all perspective long ago. Not their fault, they just assumed that this was easy.

Timing? There are many who have tried to time the bottom and not seen it yet. I read this morning where Cap Ex spending taking a bite. Layoffs, new drilling just starting to feel the pinch, not to mention all the financing issues on junk bonds.

I think the fallout here affects us also, the dinar revaluation could be hurt by the drop in oil prices. I would dollar cost average on speculation in oil stocks. Whose to say they have hit a bottom, but trading on das like yesterday, can be very profitable. Some of these have been hit hard and rebounds could be real or just dead cat bounces.

No one can call the bottom on miners, but to be honest, I'm down 5% on my pick. Far cry from the 33% Dilbert is. However, I found a discovery company, compared to the bleeding one that DB loaded up on and recommended others here get in it at $1.05 level. I bought one with a market cap near their cash position. RVM almost broke.

My pick, one of the richest men in America also took a big position in. When I'm finished buying, maybe I share.
