    So can someone explain

VBI shareholders will get 20.80836 shares for each one they own. So when the dust settles there will be 1.4B shares in Svacf. The story I'm hearing is they will then do a RS. As for pipe dream all biotechs are a pipe dream. They have to raise capital and get their drugs into trials. Svacf has a lead drug that is approved in 15 countries, but not USA. VBI has 3 drugs they are working on with none in trials.

VBI has an interesting way to allow to transport vaccines without cold storage. They will need capital or they will need to partner something. I look at this as a POC investment, where maybe the big boys take it over.

Good management in VBI, poor management in Svacf. Lucky the VBI will be taking over once the deal is done. For info look at VBI website, they are presenting data this week. Has strong ties to GSK and I feel one day, that's where this will end up. I own a ton of this, once this deal gets done.

I look for them to advance the hep B and partner something. But when is the difficult part to guess. You have to do your own DD on buying more. They will need more money. The RS could be anywhere from 1 for 25 to 1 for 50. It all depends on if they have some news.

I am not surprised by the recent news. Just imagine what they would have stolen, if AF had not taken the air out of this. The story sounded believable and that is how they work it. Hopefully this is a lesson well learned.

This is a good lesson investing in bio's and what to watch out for. You never know if your instincts are right, until these moments show it clearly. Hopefully the little boys here...grow up finally.

Don't leave out Edgars id. He ran off after posting this would go to $6 and then to .50. He erased it, but Hillary learned that nothing stays erased.

The pumpers were all here to help move the dilution. BTW, remember I called that this would hit .25. JZ and others here owe concerned investors an apology. You followed us around on other boards and called us names, well now you are finding out, that we actual knew what we were pointing out.

Some of this is funny, some of it ridiculous. I understand that the pumpers did anything they could to defame and this is payback. I never understood the mocking id's. What happen to just being true to yourself and letting your views play out. I get more satisfaction that I warned here, that I pointed out who the multiple id's were and in the end, i didn't lose money and maybe convinced honest investors to watch out for this one.

Everyone needs to grow up. Inventing 10 id's is for children and this board had a lot of children running around on it.

    NTTG,

Would you as CEO steal from your company if you were actually close to something real? When the dust clears here, the longs will sit back and most of this will finally be clear to them. BTD was smoke and mirrors, ph3 trial dragging out 4 years. PD10 sitting on the shelf for 6 years.

White collar crime is on the surge. Thanks to a few here, they get away with it longer then they should.

Is this vorlon or a mock id?

Having a drug that wakes up the immune system is a good idea, having one that recruits the immune cells to the tumor is better, having a drug that can do it all by triggering the whole cascade of multiple paths is best.

I like VBIV in this field. Read their latest press releases on what they are discovering. Looks like my prediction of .25 here is on course. Sorry that is happening to honest investors, but the clowns like JZ and edgars, you needed a wake up call. Maybe next time you see the red flags and understand that raising capital is what biotechs are about. Some do it with deception.

VBIV be aware they are merging with SVACF, they will do a RS after this. So take a look and keep it on your radar.

Good point, but would you want the side effects of chemo or a check point inhibitor? Here is a recent article about what you are referencing.

Checkpoint inhibitors can produce immune-related side effects in any organ or system of the body: the skin, gastrointestinal tract, endocrine glands, liver, nervous system, and pulmonary system. They can cause inflammatory conditions such as colitis, hypophysitis, nephritis, and uveitis—anything that ends in -itis. The most common side effects, however, are fatigue, rash, mild nausea, and decreased appetite, all of which are relatively easy for the patient to tolerate and the physician to treat. We also commonly see elevated or decreased thyroid hormone levels, which we are able to treat.

Approximately 70% of patients receiving a checkpoint inhibitor experience some type of side effect. Only 10% of patients experience a grade 3 or 4 side effect, however. Those percentages are pretty consistent across all of the checkpoint inhibitors. It is important to remember that clinical trials have shown that checkpoint inhibitors produce less toxicity than does single-agent chemotherapy. Side effects that cause death or require discontinuation of the checkpoint inhibitor are rare.

I'm not talking about PVCT and Pv-10. So you do not have to persuade me. I'm more interested in what VBIV will do with their vaccine + check point inhibitors. I think most have given up on PVCT ever delivery on anything. First the CEo would not steal if they were close to something.

The longs here are getting a good lesson in what to watch out for.

I'm sure they saw your photo of the sex change and they are thumbing downing how you look as a women. Don't be such a drama queen. BTW watch the IQD, it may change your tune here. Now shave your legs and act like a lady.

Knowing you need $153 a share on VAPR to breakeven, you should worry about yourself.

In 35 minutes arlo changed his id 6 times. He is such a loser. He got busted on svacf board, actually replying to himself. Thanks for the compliment. I just watch the video by 60 minutes. I agree long shot that vbiv is the company they licensed it with. However, their are two CT filings that allow the company to keep certain news confidential.

This may fall under that treatment, because with the results that Duke is having, if leaked could steal the value they expect down the road, by being bought out. For some reason we have stirred up arlo's immaturity of using his thumbs and he's like a mad dog right now. He wants so badly to have a voice in here and he knows that he offers nothing.

Paying $18.80 a share when you were warned, is eating at him. He should actually be happy that there's a glimmer of hope for his bad investing. Look at the two CT filing on VBIV and see what you think.

  • They think 60 minutes may have advanced something before it really is proven. Here is the article:

A glioblastoma therapy touted in a "60 Minutes" report that aired Sunday evening, focusing on the use of the polio virus to treat glioblastoma, isn’t a particularly new idea and results are still unpublished -- but some oncologists are worried that patients might not have gotten that message from the program.

The segment highlighted an approach being tested by researchers at Duke University involving an engineered poliovirus that is aimed at inducing an immune attack on glioblastoma tumor cells.

Neuro-oncologist and team member Henry Friedman, MD, reported an increase in median survival of over 6 months. "So we've got patients that are out as far as 33, 34 months," he told 60 Minutes. "That is just unheard of in this disease."

Study leader and director of Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center Darell Bigner, MD, PhD, did not call the patients "cured." But he reported that four patients are "in remission" (defined as living longer than 6 months).

On the other hand, half of the 22 patients in the Duke trial have died.

Since the story aired, patients have been calling Duke from all over the country, officials at Duke told MedPage Today. The Brain Tumor Center has received hundreds of calls and more than 200 online inquiries.

Then immediate a company with a drug VAL-083 jumps on the band wagon. I figure they want to catch a piece of the hype. You have to read everything you can find and I want arlo to satisfy his stupidity by place thumbs everywhere. As some of you are now getting. He is a perpetual loser every board he goes on. As rory, as edbi, as spanspur. The same thing always comes with it. He tries so hard and he always looks like a idiot.

I can do this all day and if he's dumb enough to work this hard, I egg him on.

    Finally some great discussions

Deb here is a link to why the CT was granted to July 25, 2018.

    The trial for PVSRIPO data:

    Estimated Enrollment: 65
    Study Start Date: January 2012
Estimated Study Completion Date: January 2018

So there could be why we got CT treatment on a license deal. Of course this is speculation, but since both Duke and VBIV are involved with a investigating our GBM, there could be something there. Frost once called this merger a game changer.

Hope we don't have to wait till 2018 for some news. The move today, maybe be some news on the way. Joint partnership and some cash would be very welcome right now. If the biotech clowns can get back to even, I will be up $100K.

Arlo try this one also. You can place thumbs all over the place. You are just a clown that over paid by a factor of 4 for svacf shares. Even though I tried to talk you off the ledge.

  • Selling them for a another loss?

  • Only a wind mill arlo.

  • Another wind mill for you arlo.
