Yes they are spending money to grow the business, no way it should drop like this. Great opportunity for one of the big boys to buy it. Hire a banker, please.

  • We are going to continue to build our business, but of coarse will do the right thing for shareholders.

Net is yes we will sell the company for the right price! Lots of potential buyers such as IBM, Cisco, HP, Sym and Checkpoint is still not completely ruled out

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Like you guys say, Cramer will have the CRM CEO pumping the stock and company on the show tonight and it is valued at 2x and 4x of Cyber and is growing at a slower rate than Cyber, but Cyber is way over valued according to him. I don't think you will see the CyberArk CEO back on the show after Cramer bad mouthing the stock the next day.

I agree with both of you. CHKP seems like a natural and will fill out their portfolio. PANW will be the dominant player if they purchased Cybr. FEYE would love to have them, but no ammo. I would not count out IBM, Cisco, Symantec and HP. They need to hire Frank Q. and get the bidding processing going. This is an easy $1.75B to $2B acq after cash for a #1 company in their space with very little competition and an entry into the Federal business. Also they will throw off around $100m of cash next year. These other new security companies don't.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy
