I would much rather have Obama in office than Nixon or Bush. And on election day, all the blacks and hispanics will show up at the polls and bury Mitt. (real name is Willard)
Got it? That's UP 27%. And they have so many iPhone orders they can't meet demand. It's called 'backlog'. No other tech company can say that. Apple had a great Q. And always forecast on the low side. Will it go lower tomorrow? Probably to the 590 - 600 range. Then rebound a bit. Remember, it will be paying that $2.65 dividend next month.
I don't think he is that worried about it. All he has to do is earn about $2 thru each user and he will be making $5 BILLION a year net. The amazing thing is the growth. Did you know there are only 2.8 BILLION internet users in the entire world? Think about it. I used to be negative on FB. But that 1 BILLION user number changed my mind.
And it will hurt AAPl because people are buying them up since they can't get an iPhone. Sad. But this 'one product company' is headed DOWN. Even if they beat by a nickle, the PE is too high and the dividend too low. It's a $500 stock. Max.
Not sure. DD could keep falling until the dividend is 4%. That would put it in the 41 - 42 area. Right now all dividend paying stocks are supported by the ZERO interest Fed policies. Could you imagine where the market would be if the Bernanke had the funds rate at 5% ???
He said 'wait until the lock up release and then buy at a lower price'. My Q to Cramer would be: 'lower than what'?? Lower than $50??? haha
Great question. But IMO, you will never see FB make an acquisition. Zuck wants all the cash for himself and his friends. You will never see the cash. And in a few years, you will never see Zuck or Facebook. A royal scam. Unreal.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Hitting the 1 billion user milestone means that roughly one out of every seven people on the planet are connected to Facebook. Considering that the Internet itself has fewer than 3 billion users worldwide, the company’s milestone is even more impressive.
Same story as with all large cap industrials. The slow world economy is hurting sales, but cost cutting is saving net earnings. HOWEVER... they are all predicting a bleak 2013.
