He raises some valid points. The problem is with his conclusions from those points, which are his opinions. For examples, "the Markman will be overturned". That is his opinion, not a fact. Based on his opinions prior to trial, "no chance that Parker will get a positive ruling on infringement", his opinions do not have a great track record here.
if that is true, then he has gone from being proud of posting under his name to being afraid to post under his name. Interesting paradigm shift if true.
I'm actually hoping for a longer rather than shorter time to verdict. I would like the Oct 13 $5 calls to expire!
Yes readers. Please do look at the messages posted by binary. I believe you will find questions which are never addressed, but nothing comparable to the labels that funfun assigns to anyone having the audacity to actually suggest that there is some value in DuPont. In this one instance I do agree with him. Please look at the messages and judge for yourself. Thank you.
So then Mr fun fun, it appears that you are only opposed to sleazy attacks when they are against you and you support sleazy attacks completely when they support you. Interesting variability in your ethical position. Thank you.
I believe your statement is in error. You have initiated attacks on anyone and everyone who dares to be pro DD. This is quite clear to anyone reading the history on this board. When it comes to crying out like spoiled babies, I would refer readers back to your many "open letters to DuPont management"
Your idea about the chemical action of HF certainly shows you have no training as a chemist. You do understand that HF is actually classified as a weak acid. You do understand the concept of pKa?? Also I am sure you understand that the mode of action of HCN is completely different involving displacement of oxygen. Of course you do, given the exalted status of the university from which you matriculated. Your comments certainly establish beyond the shadow of a doubt that your training, however extensive, did not involve chemistry.
So you are saying DuPont may do the same as MON did with Solutia, "spin off a few assets and lumps most of the liability with them. Perfectly legal but not very nice to those stuck in the asset which will likely go into bankruptcy" Where is the outrage about MON doing exactly this?
You have told us many times how fun retired from DD with a handsome pension. Care to say how old he was when he "retired" over 11 years ago? How many years did he keep taking a salary while doing nothing? Inquiring minds want to know,
C'mon fan. Answer my question. Did your idol work for 27 years for a company he despises, taking the salary without giving any effort in return, and is he now in his seventies?. You claim to know so much about him yet you screwed up the whole Aberdeen thing. Tyry and recoup your losses.
So you believe that your idol spent 27 years working for a company he. can't stand, and is now in his seventies? Correct
You should certainly know about crazy. Sybil and Eve, move over. You have been displaced in terms of number and quality of alternate personalities.
Teddy, go back to your padded room and please take your meds.
