For the record, I also own Intuitive Surgical (ISRG) which I began buying in 2004. If you honestly believe it's "Lawyer sues...iCAD wins it's over.", I suggest you take a look at ISRG'S chart and then tell me it's all over.
I'm long iCAD and have added to my position recently. I have the same distaste for scammers as you do. So no need for you bark. -- My question was legitimate.
Just wondering if everyone is aware of the legal proceedings outlined in the Dec. 31, 2013 10K, and only very briefly referred to in the more recent quarterly reports.

American Tower reiterated at 'buy' from Deutsche Bank with target of $105.
American Tower closed today, Tuesday Nov. 4, 2013 at $79.
Among a virtual laundry list of cautions, one that particularly stands out:
"Our independent registered public accounting firm has indicated that our recurring losses from operation raise substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern."

Are you sure that you're not referring to the $50.3 million shelf registration filed back in May of this year?
I can't find any information on a recent $250 million filing.
