by sheepskinner10 •6 hours agoehhh, I think a lot of the 'new longs' bought for the 3% dividend, $150 Billion in cash and no debt. They will park money there, sell covered calls and wait for Cook to get tossed out.

You need to study Samsung. They are much bigger than you think. They make everything electronic from phones to refrigerators to microwaves. Samsung may buy Apple... but who would do that?

Samsung has destroyed them. Bigger is better. No one wants an Apple after seeing the Galaxy. Apple has a lot of cash, but they have VERY POOR MANAGEMENT.

Ben can't raise rates. The economy is too weak. Unfortunately, paper currencies are headed down the toilet.

He lowered rates as far as possible. He pumped all the cash available into the system. And, the economy is still struggling. The big boy corps like XOM just laughed and sucked up all that cash. Now, it's DEPRESSION time.

Wen Ho Yang told the Chinese citizens to ditch all paper currency and buy gold. He went on to say that the world economies are in a collapse mode and it will get real ugly.

Just a quick lesson in shorting. Never short a stock that is trading at 50% of tangible book. Give your money to a charity. You will feel better.
