In Dec 2011, MRNA was at 13 cents before rocketing to $1.05! It has been volatile for 4 years and the price has been meaningless on any given day. We have basically been nearly bankrupt the whole time. I am holding shares until French finds money and restarts the engine. It would have gone to zero a long time ago if it was a hopeless situation.
Well then sounds like you should sell out if you haven't already done so. I only have $5000 left in Marina stock with the price at 18cents. I am holding until the completion of this odyssey.
Amazingly yes you do. We have been at 20 cents before. You know how volatile bulletin board stocks are. Marina has been on life support for 4 years and can stay on it until more money comes in. And the money will show up at some point. There is an urgent need for muscular dystrophy therapies. We may have potential solutions that are more effective than those in the news all the time.
I believe there is a lot of good news coming for MabVax in 2016. Their method of discovering high affinity antibodies that will not be rejected by the immune system since they are truly fully human will make them very desirable for partnering purposes.
I agree Farmer and would add that Marina has more biochemistry and delivery technologies at its disposal than Alnylam or any other RNAi or oliogo therapeutics company
I own both MBVX and TPIV and will hold both stocks until they are bought by another large biotech or Big Pharma. I would love to see these two companies work together on projects.
