I hope everyone understands how big this is. this means all this #$%$ at the state level is dead. VT, NH, OH, IN, and esp those dumbsh**s in MA! States can't overrule FDA. Fed is on ZGNX side too. Let the prescriptions flow.
They is Zogenix IR. I posted what they told me. Not much really. Basically what you can find online. My question to them was more complex, but that was all they answered. IR people are not going to tell you much.
they told me the judge did not give a timeline. they are doing what they can sort of thing.
r u serious the judge is that old? there should be a mandatory retirement age of these federal judges. nevertheless, as long as she rules ZGNX way, I have no problem with her.
I think so too, but I also expected ruling this morning. However, I have reason to believe we will get a ruling tonight. Comes from court experience. Judge just wants to dot her i's so to speak.
not going to read too much into it, but at least it will help fuel the upside if the political tide starts to turn Zogenix's way. longs clearly disappointed we didn't get some closure today on MA ruling.
did you ever get vertigo from all the tums? I started getting vertigo daily (that's a wild trip) and my ENT couldn't figure it out. I finally figured it out. It was the calcium in the tums binding to my ear canal!
I doubt you have any access to script data. otherwise you would have shown your source plus who would say 1.50 after initial scripts unless you are short.
apple doesn't need it, but just thought of something. Icahn has big stakes in both companies. maybe that is where this is coming from.
I would think they would have to pay $500/share to get nflx. who would argue with that? good use of some of that apple cash.
where did you hear that? I heard it too from a trading desk and posted on nflx board. I am long nflx so i hope true.
don't know if true. heard on trading desk. makes sense, but who knows. If I were Apple I would def buy NFLX. control a lot more content.
Nicole..so have you started prescribing Zohydro now? Will this be part of your routine? Makes perfect sense for this situation. I had knee surgery and they did what you describe. But I never take acetaminophen normally because it just doesn't sit well with me. And of course it didn't and I didn't take the prescription the following day and boy there was a lot of pain. I asked the doc on the follow up if he left some tools in my knee.
I did think it would be safe and well tolerated. But I did not think it would move the needle on the biomarkers at just 2mg and 4 doses. I was hopeful, but my head said no. So that was a great surprise. The next cohort at 4mg will be interesting to see this summer and if there is a linear relationship in the biomarker readings than we are seriously undervalued here with respect to Intercept. I am suprised where Intercept is trading because I do not think their treatment is that great. Seems to slow/stop the fibrosis, but zero evidence of reversing it which is much more valuable. If Galectin proves what I think it can, then Intercept's treatment will be of no use long term.
