That hasn't happened in years though...dilution with rights issue...management is doing what is needed at the cost of short term meltdown...for long term gain..hopefully.

Anyone know anything? We are still up but volume is not so large indicating that there is no major announcement, unless I'm wrong. Comments...serious ones please. The fact that the stock is up some 15% in the last week or so means something, I hope. We are not falling to the low 30's...yet...a good sign or just idiots holding on and hoping? I don't know what to make of this? Does anyone out there think differently? What's holding me in here are the upgrades the company received recently, and the fact that Teva is here as well, otherwise I would be out. Good luck.

One plus is that Israel Corp. will exercise the rights completely for some $18 million...a good sign of confidence here. But...dilution...again...why the need for cash...to pay the 8% interest on the bonds? Comments welcome.

Volume over the last couple of sessions leading to conference today was relatively low. I hope something positive comes out and the recent upgrades might be based on this...hope this stock finally moves in the right direction..up.

Old news...good that the old CEO is not in charge...he bought a lot of the stock before their last drug failed...we'll see. they know that their only hope is cancer related... Hope Teva knows what it's doing. I don't trust the company itself after the last drug failed...at least they tried to get an approval of a drug that was known to have little chance of getting through...

why the stock has been relatively strong...but Tower has always disappointed in the past...is this the beginning of a new trend...meeting expectations...and exceeding them as well...the start of a new chapter in the life of the company...and if so...Ellwanger deserves a bonus. lol.
