Wonderful news…from .02 to .04…great news for a company that doesn't do anything for its stockholders or for anyone else, for that matter.

The future of this company will ride on the clinical results coming up soon. New CEO and reputable new board members reflect a belief in this company's future. All the best to those longs who have stuck it out for the last few years of total frustration.

Down to $10's and then up to where we started and then some. Some selling and then buying…volume high…this is not a stock for the faint hearted…interesting to see where the stock price will be in 6 months…there is certainly support here…someone is not letting this fall too much without bringing it back up…interesting trading…volatility is high. Trend is up…let's see how up we go…CEO has already stated that 3rd quarter will not see anything dramatic in terms of revenues from second quarter. Markets seem to feel that there is more good news coming. This is institutional buying here…it's not the teacher or the cab driver driving this stock higher or not letting it fall too much. Good luck longs.

    Sentiment: Buy

It certainly looks like the new CEO has control of what is happening and he's doing what he needs to do to make this company reach it's potential and he and the new board members would not have joined this company if the news coming out is not going to change the landscape a bit for stem cell companies. I am looking forward to great news and the stock price could easily reach $15 in the near future…If the trial results are great we can see an immediate evaluation of $1,000,000,000 easily. Wishing all longs the best.

Investors in ACTC have been in the stock for a long time and are not stupid and think that they made some 1,000 % profit and sold. Any trade also states the value of the trade, so that's not possible…it's just that "investors" know that after any reverse split the stock will usually go down in price and since ACTC is very speculative at best, the stock sold off big time since people wanted out, at least temporarily anyway to see what the floor of the stock would be and then possibly re-enter the stock at a better price. A new reputable CEO and the stock split is a positive for investors, long term. I personally think there is good news coming out just because of the new CEO leaving arts to be here. There is a reason for this move and the CEO has a good name in the market. Patience will be rewarded. This could be a 10 bagger easily in a couple of years or sooner. Good luck to all.

Now the stock will attract institutional investors. The clinical trial results must be excellent.a new respected CEO means everything here. This is a good and necessary move. We are on the right path. ..good luck.

We go up at least 10% today…why?
New CEO and news pending…that simple. Good luck. I'll probably be wrong..but nice volume today so far…and up…good sign…

    1. New Ceo wouldn't he here if he didn't think this was the opportunity of a life time. He left atrs which is finally showing some signs of potential greatness…
    2. News of trials is pending…
We should see a nice run up…maybe even more of a run up than expected if the news is that good and it has to be given what I have said in comment # 1.
Good luck. Maybe we shall finally see some light at the end of the tunnel.

    Sentiment: Buy

  • This stock has great support around here and is setting the stage for the next move up. If an additional deal happens and nothing catastrophic occurs we should go to $15 and maybe more by the end of September…unless the market crashes, then there are simply things beyond our control and we just continue to wait, like I 've been waiting for the last few years…Good luck.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • biohitechinvestor by biohitechinvestor Aug 5, 2014 11:59 AM Flag

That's the pattern…things look good for the company and the debt issue looks like it will be renegotiated and then there is the Indian deal which was ignored, or did I not see it mentioned? Good luck to the longs.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • so far. Let's see if we go to new highs…we should but next quarter revenues are a bit low, I think…maybe there will be surprise there as well. Good luck all.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

The markets are expecting a big jump in revenue and in profits and if the markets get what they expect the run will continue as long as Ellwanger is very positive for the next earnings report and the next year's revenues in general. Tower's report must be a great one, even surpassing the market's expectations. So good luck as they say and so far on the Tase the markets are expecting good news as well. If the news is disappointing, then…well…we've seen this before. I don't want to see this old movie again…a few years of re-runs are tiring and disappointing.

Everyone does what they think is right. It's your money and your decision as far as when to sell. I remember way back I had m-systems and I bought at $4…a year later I sold at $63. I'm not saying that this will happen to Tower, but it could go to $50 also in a year or so if debt is dealt with and more deals are made. It's not impossible. This is the market. I'm holding for the long term. It might be a mistake but it'll be my mistake. Wish you all the best of luck. And luck is required here. Look at sandisk. In 2008 it went to $5 and not look where it is. 6 years later and 16 times higher. Yes 2008 was Lehman bankruptcy which nearly took the whole financial system down. But, anything can happen. Good luck.

I never said it would stop at $15…it might wait there for a while and then continue onto the next leg up. This is a $2 billion company right now…2 times revenues….so we should see $25 perhaps in the near future…maybe 6 - 12 months from now. But the markets always exaggerate, both to the up and to the down. We'll see it as it develops. So far, so good. It must continue. Good luck.

When institutional buying is taking place and most of the company's plants are outside Israel, the downward risk is limited. This stock is on a roll and expectations are extremely high and future earnings are very optimistic as well. This stock is just making up for lost time. I say we settle at $15 soon after earnings are out until the next move up. This will happen as long as institutional investors keep buying and all expectations are met. This is NOT the little guy buying lately. These people control the markets. Tower is doing now what it didn't do for years. Hope I see things correctly. Comments?

Institutional buying before the excellent Q1 report I think. Expectations are high and the deal with India might just get rid of the debt if it works out like expected. This is now a new company. I've been sitting here for years and finally I'm in the black. I hope it continues and it should unless some disaster occurs. Ellwanger is pressing all the right buttons. Intel had good numbers and raised their estimates. The chipmaking industry is moving up. Wishing you only good fortunes.
