The stock fell badly in the last few minutes of trading...this is not a good omen. UEC fell stronger than the others...why?

Very interesting...it's like shares just trading hands and at the end of the day it goes down and then goes back up the next day at the beginning of trading and then back down...very interesting trading...and volume is high..which means there is interest here even if the price of uranium is stagnant. I think it's accumulation...just before it starts to move up and it will...the question is when?

What bothers me is that the CEO now says that revenue will exceed 1 billion in a couple of years...didn't he say it would happen in 2014? Am I wrong here? Comments?

compared to U.S. markets. So what's going on? Someone want to venture a wild guess? I have no clue but the markets do obviously. News? Or speculation..but volume is abnormal on Tase and in States...nothing big at all happening...so far. Good luck.

I would have agreed with you 6 months ago but not today...the markets have not been wrong for years keeping the stock price of Tower in the pits are not saying you are wrong...time will tell. Hope no one loses money...that's all.

It may not be a large institution buying here but it is an institution buying here...the price acts just like that is indeed happening buy why? It's all about momentum and Tower certainly has that right now. Will it continue? I don't know but I certainly hope so. As long as good news continues to come out this stock will go up in anticipation of more good news and what has been talk for years is finally coming true...there will be the billion in sales and what's more there will be profit and the bond issue might be dealt with, without destroying stock holder value. One bit of bad news, and we go down strongly but the picture is looking good and Tower seems to be making up for lost time and it is the States that is leading this move up...I wonder who is doing the buying and why? Comments?

Today we say a not of shares trading hands. I see this as a positive...this may be the turning point in this stock's price. We need good news from Japan to kick start this stock price. We need a catalyst here othewise we stay in limbo...which we have been doing for a couple of years now. It may be time for this to happen. Japan may be ready to re-start their reactors. Good luck. Patience should be rewarded. Nothing new said here but just reiterating what we all know. No catalyst..no price rise.

I agree with you for the most part...I too see this as a possible scenario. Let's not forget Israel Corp is strapped for cash and may need money down the road and might sell their shares in Tower if they think the price is right. One thing for sure, if they sell, I'm out. Good luck.

  • I guess Tase isn't leading this move and is seeing a little bit of a sell off and this could be healthy. We'll see where the end of trading leaves us today on Tase and then we'll see where the States brings us at the end of trading and that will determine what happens on Tase on Sunday. It would be nice to get some kind of announcement that might re-start this move up. Good luck.

Well, either this was done on purpose to scare some weak hands so the institutional investor could buy some cheap shares, or we need to start worrying. It'll be interesting to see what happens on the Tase today..hope it doesn't scare people into a panic mode. This could lead to a down cycle we have seen just too often in the last few years. Comments?

It doesn't matter how much the company lost. What's important here is the future production and the terms of any agreement with the Mongolian Government to continue mining. If Rio does offer to buy the company out then that will be a game changer. Long term, unless the government of Mongolia just takes over the mine, this property is worth 10's of billions and the company will be worth a lot more than it is now. Good luck. I hope the company will address this issue at earnings report.

Excellent comments and I agree 99.9% with everything you said. Your last comment about the two groups says a great deal about the mindset of Israel Corp. I also agree that as deals are made this year from the Panasonic acquisition and the money starts coming in from the Indian deal we should see this stock climb into the teens and then momentum should continue more beyond that perhaps and then the banks in Israel might start selling and so might Israel Corp. That would necessitate new institutions coming into the picture and buying up all that dilution to maintain the stock price and not let it fall. Good post and thanks for your input.

    Sentiment: Buy

  • something comes out that's not so positive and then this stock falls? Is it making up for the years that the stock was in limbo? We still have not reached the stock price it was at only a few years ago, so maybe it is making up for lost time. I still fear Israel Corp coming out and selling it's shares and diluting the stock...but as long as they are not selling they probably think that this stock has so much more to go up. Ellwanger himself said that he couldn't figure out why the stock was not moving higher in the past and couldn't understand the stock's reaction to news that came out. I wonder if he understood the concept of the investor looking at all that debt and no way to repay it. The bondholders were lucking out for years and maybe it's the stockholder's turn now. Hope this continues so I recoup all my losses and make some money. Good luck to all.

they increased their target by a few cents..but their old target never materialized so why would a higher target materialize? Only happening with a solution to the Mongolian government's issues here. If the Mongolian government does't come to a resolution with TRQ, the stock just isn't going to move anywhere and may even drift down more. There have been articles on the Mongolian government dealing with this issue when they meet next, yet the stock price lingers at these prices. So...we wait...long term this should be an excellent investment...should. Good luck.

Expectations are for profits...revenue growth is important but profits are more important. They have to show the ability to pay off the interests on the bonds they are paying plus more than that to account for any more dilution when those bonds are converted to stock and put into the open market for sale...
