I hear what you are saying but if you have followed KORS that way I have for the last 9 months, this is how it trades, nothing I mean nothing can move the share price. It just cannot have a sustained rally. It always gives back the gains. There may be more downside before earnings, I don't know but I sold all of my position today and will wait for a better entry point. It seems there is heavy selling pressure above $60, maybe insiders are bailing. I still think they will crush earnings May 29th.

The only price action you get from this POS is downward spiral. I know earnings going to be great but the way this is trading implying a miss. I am long and frustrated.

Technicals mean nothing with biotech stocks trading on binary events. First catalyst, filing of NDA in second quarter, second catalyst FDA's response 60 days after the NDA filing, 3rd catalyst FDA advisory panel meeting, 4th catalyst FDA decison date. If all goes well, this will be trading in the high teens ($15 - $19).
