That's the ticket! I've already emailed the Justice Department as well. If looting isn't criminal behavior then it should be.
It's not wierd if you start with the premise the brokerage houses are corrupt. My guess is that Hoffman has played the game enough times to know that the brokerages need to share the money so both entities have an interest in pumping and dumping.
Then when the lawsuits hit they have enough dough to pay the A-list lawyers for the years of litigation and meaningless fines that ensue.
Closed it out. As anticipated a long and deceptive process. Guessing I will be spammed for months to come.
Would not surprise me TOO much to see the SEC take some action re Linkedins hack and spam marketing plan. Linkedin is a big enough target that the SEC's share the wealth through fines policy could kick in.

A federal judge ruled Thursday that Google may be violating wiretap law when it scans the e-mails of non-Gmail users, allowing a lawsuit against the company to move forward.
I don't see any weeklies with 400+ volume.
I also have puts and would love to spread 400 puts anywhere on the calendar.
A quick count shows Hoffman cashing in to the tune of more than $350,000,000. There's more hot air to this company than any I've seen since the 90s. Two hundred forty million users is a pure fabrication.
A legitimate question is whether the US government gets involved. Certainly there are criminal charges possible.
