Rumor has it that a large pharma company is considering offering $580mm in cash for PROLOR. IMHO, if this is true, management will not accept it as they would prefer to participate in the future growth by receiving shares.
Bought yesterday 100,000 shares of OPK in the open market.
We own 2% of PBTH and will vote no on this deal. Shame on PBTH management. They know this company is worth at least $12 a share. Maybe that is why they did not wait until the beginning of phase lll on the GH product. We should do something about this. They are just stealing this company from us.
I have been saying management is horrible all along. They gave this company away and just opened pandora's box for a lawsuit.
This company have the worse management of any public company.
Owns over 20% of PBTH. Great company. Do your DD.
Dr. Frost owns over 20% of PBTH. A very good company. Do your DD.
Has the worst management ever known
A friend of mine told me that the analyst at Summer have not spoken to the company for a long time. IMHO he just came out with a sell opinion to generated commissions now that business is so bad for these brokerage houses.
This company has the worse management that I have ever seen.
Stock down = Poor Management
Very bad marker. PBTH up with huge volumen = something is cooking. Time will tell
Priced at $ 5 no warrants.
Positive IMO
PBTH is now up 7%, just broke the 5.80 major resistance
PBTH next to go.. Do your DD.
On PBTH, moving up on a bad market.

I do not see any merit on your complain, they filled with the SEC and that is all they are required to do.
