They have several months to come up with something. Meanwhile, expect a secondary offering to be priced within the next 1-2 weeks. Should be interesting...
That, or they are patiently waiting for the stock to drop. If someone was going to panic, he would have done it a week ago. Now the risk/reward is much more appealing from the short side.
I agree with you. The question of course is the timing of it all. But KBIO is bleeding cash and the only way it has any upside to dump a lot of cash into it, which has not occurred yet. I suspect an offering sub-$5 level within a couple weeks.

Again, learn the law. If you have 10% of a company, you cannot sell without filing a form with the SEC.
Any 10% holder has to file to sell stock. He cannot do so quietly in the open market. YAhoo will not allow link to be posted, so you must google it.
I don't think he can sell right away since he owns 10% of the co. Rumors of a reverse merger, but I have no idea if that is even possible. If long, I would def. sell here at 17.00.
That's assuming someone had 10% of his account short KBIO. That can't be common.
Not liquid? It's traded a couple million shares after hours... But yes, I would sell if long.
Yeah, either market manipulation or a bad order algo (happened in 20-30 other stocks, too). TGC is going to open on Mon back around Thursday's close price. If you were long and watching this happen in real time, and failed to sell into it, you really shouldn't be trading.
It was more like 25 stocks -- some Amex, some Nasdaq. They all got slammed back in line after hours. The guy below just blew a free 100% gain bc he was greedy. Love it.
About 25 stocks on AMEX or Nasdaq got ramped like this into the close. Either a terrible order execution or price manipulation. Either way, all gains should be gone by Monday open.
Same thing happened to 20+ stocks on Friday before the close. Not totally sure what happened, but they all got slammed back down after hours...
