Invested witht his company for years and while off on Holiday all this tender nonsense was put into play and apparently i am now sitting on shares that are worth less than ther tender offer and my broker tells me the new takeover company the PARENT company may not honor my shares after the takeover, even though they bought all other shares by brokers that were informed. This is very disapointing to know i have stuck tby this compnay for the past couple of years only to be hosed because i wasnt in step with this tender offer #$%$ and was on vacation in europe for last couple of months.
Company will eventually have to purchase all outstanding shrs to get them off their books. What i believe is happening now the the buyout company is the one buying all the shrs on the cheap who have to have their money now and reap benefit of acquiring below offer price in open market. folks should just hold until market price reaches tender offer price which it will ultimately do prior to being delisted for the mere ease of having to not to reach out to reman shareholders to garner the shr at the tender offer of R29.64 or $US12.25
