    FLL now below $2/share?

How can a company with positive cash flow making it's debt payments 2 amortization schedule payments ( 6 months) ahead of time go bankrupt who is projected to be profitable again in 2014?

The numbers suck. In casino valuation, declining revenue is a killer as margins suffer and cannot be maintained because of the fixed costs.

So suck it loser. - cnoinvestor • 9 hours ago

The market is getting Full House Resorts wrong

It's clear you have no desire or ability to review or discuss a financial statement therefore your opinions are invalid.

You are swayed by the price action of a stock. You fail to fall back onto the actual numbers.

If there is one person who is blind here, it is you.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Look at the numbers of this company.

Since 2009 (which is the modern day FLL) there is 1 year out of 5 that FLL did not produce a profit or positive free cash flow.

Full House has been growing sales form $19 Million to $144 Million since 2009. Retained earnings has been positive every year except for in 2009 meaning this company actually can re-invest in itself. Positive retained earnings might be the most impressive part for a $42 million dollar company.

The only knock against FLL is that profit margins have lacked. While gross margins hover around 40%.

This is a micro-cap company that is achieving positive metrics across the board. This doesn't happen with companies this small often. This is a quality company.

I don't know everything about investing. But I give finance everything I have as I make this my profession. I rarely see a company this small with numbers as solid across the board like FLL. This company is the .001%.

I can't explain why the stock keeps going down when companies like LACO or NYNY which are peers of FLL are worth over $100 million plus with horrible financials. LACO and NYNY are not even worth our time to even talk about they are so horribly run.

With what I believe to be a very low valuation of Full House, I will keep buying shares, especially at these crazy low prices. This is a quality company, and regardless of what this stock price is doing, I'm glad to be a shareholder. This is a mindless vicissitude from what I believe can only be from people who do not read the financial statements.

Benjamin Graham and David Dodd would love Full House Resorts as an investment.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

You said management is selling stock at a 52-week low and that you want an explanation. This is not true. They opened an option to sell stock. Whether they sell any stock or not remains to be seen.

Please present actual facts. Not assumptions, falsehoods and lies.

Management is not selling stock. They filed an S-1 form opening up the ability to sell more stock. The S-1 form never stated a price or date they may sell stock at.

Why are you making facts up saying they are selling stock at a 52 week low?

It is not our job to justify why LACO and NYNY have gone up when their businesses do not grow.

FLL has been the only company to grow.

You should stop talking. I'm fleecing you more and more by the post. You just are too blind to see it.

You think the stock price indicates the quality of a company and where it is going? That has to be the dumbest thing I have ever heard.

The financials dictate ultimately where a stock price goes. Every investor since the dawn of man understands this basic fact.

Thank you for basically posting the world that you know nothing about investing.

Did you just insinuate that the 4th Quarter will be impacted by the hotel opening at Rising Star? You know there are like less than 20 days that the hotel was open during the 4th Quarter right?

Isn't it odd that FLL produces a profit year in and year out yet you pump LACO or what was it NYNY which between the two have never reported a yearly profit?

Funny how you bash the only company that produces a profit. At some point you have to stop being an idiot.

Basis of the downgrade was for a negative review of the previous 2 quarters.

Based on what this company is doing with the 2 hotels and the equity stock offering (I assume to grow the company) this might have been the most irrelevant and misguided recommendation I have seen in a while.

The report was so bad, that our message board idiot Jose liked it... Pretty amazing.

Very impressive. They never did state in the S-1 at what price would they be doing a secondary at, nor did they state really when they would do it.
