With most of the world in the mist of deflation,do not expect rates to rise anytime soon. The banks and other
financial institutions would love to see rates rise, but the facts on the ground dictates otherwise. True rates will not
rise much before 2018, if then.
If we are lucky we might end up with .15 per quarter. This management so far is no better than what was before.
Guess we are all in the same boat. Do not like reverse splits, figure the price after the split will fall some what.
The stock will still be paying around 16% yield on your money. the price will start out after the split around 23$
and expect a pull back from that, which will increase the yield if they stick to the .33.month.
For what it is worth Zack's has given ARR a #2 rating(buy) plus a write up that seems compelling.
Time will tell, but as always I remain a skeptic on anything having to do with stocks.
With a 8+% dividend, a forward PE of 10.5 and their history for making good deals , would have to say
we have a compelling buy here. Markets do correct and there lies the opportunity!
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Seems like we head this story before, like 2 years ago, then a year ago,6mos ago and
on and on .So what is different now?
Management's indecisiveness , their attitude of taking care of the insiders and to hell with the shareholders have
kept many from making a serious commitment to this stock. Perhaps in the long run this will all work out,
but in the long run we all will be dead.
Always do your own dd on anything you buy. Always choose work over being entertained. Cramer is a showman
and makes his money entertaining you with BS and dire warnings.
Think the FED is under pressure to raise rates, not really sure why, guess the banks profit when rates
are high. Think rate hike in the cards sometime this year.
Starting to think with all the dilly and dalliancing around that management is doing,do not
be surprise for them to "change" their minds once again. Now targeting 2017 for an exit
no matter what management does.
An optimist to be sure. The real question is whether there will ever be a dividend. The price of the stock keeps
going lower and lower, not a keeper for sure.
Where are the lawyers when we need them? Such a one-sided deal at the shareholders
expense is as criminal as they can be, taking a big loss here, but glad to be rid of any
RMR connected stock.
see long list of the insiders selling, this particular fellow seems to stand out the most.
NMB gave an explanation, but to me it is just management enriching themselves at our expense.
This guy ,FLAX SAMUEL ALLAN, has been selling every share he can lay his hands on. Does he know some
thing we do not?
It was a "cute" trick to delude shareholders and make management richer, which has come about.
So it is a clear example how management can manage when their own self interest is at stake.
