    Volume up again...

I think someone knows something we don't. This is going up far too quickly for this to not be based on material information. We've gone from $1.60s to $1.90s in four days. Something is up.

"Exiting 2014 at Double Digit Revenue.."

I was wondering about that, as it could be interpreted a couple of ways. One can interpret it as saying that Q4 will be $10M+. Or one can interpret it as saying that they will EXIT Q4 on pace for double-digit revenue i.e. that Q1 is $10M+. However, since we know that Q1 tends to be lower than Q4 due to seasonality (as they acknowledged in the Q&A), I'm HOPING your interpretation is correct.

I actually hope we drift downwards for a couple of months. I wouldn't mind picking up some more shares at lower prices. But I THINK enough people will be willing to step in that that won't happen. We shall see.

I just listened to the earnings call and was happy with everything I heard. Expectations were reset / pushed back by a quarter, but based on the projected guidance of $6.5-7.5M, the revenue ramp has begun (since we're well into July, and visibility into Q3 results should be pretty good by now. I like what I heard about tax and research credits as well, as those ameliorate liquidity risk for the company. Net net, I'm very satisfied with my large position in SQNS, and will likely be adding more over the next couple of months. This remains a very risky stock, but I really like our prospects over the next year and beyond. GLTA - please do your own diligence.

    $2.50 to $3.00 today

I think we'll drift up slowly and end up between $2.50 and $3 by the next earnings release. It's good to see the revenue ramp coming, but it is slower than analysts had projected.

Nailed it! $6.5-$7.5M is the projected range for Q3. And for the bozos out there, that IS a ramp, it's just a milder ramp than analysts had forecasted.

I don't see it as leaked results. I think the volume would be greater if that were the case. I see it simply as someone placing a large bet on SQNS. I did that a couple of weeks ago (added 120K shares, to the 280K I had at that time) - I would've gotten a better price if I'd just waited a few days. Anyway, let's see what happens tomorrow. I'm pretty confident they'll be within the range they had forecast, as that was pretty modest (I think they said $5-6M?). The big question is what they project for Q3. As long as they project a "significant" increase, perhaps even if it is slightly short of what analysts are currently projecting ($8.3M), I think this will go up. I think if they deliver $5M+ in Q2 and project a range of $6.5-7.5M, we'll perhaps drift up just slightly. A lower projection and I'd be nervous about a decline, unless they say really good things about Q4. Anything higher than $6.5-7.5M as a Q3 projection and I think we'll go up. That's just my opinion of course. GLTA.

35,000 shares sold this morning, driving us down to $1.54. I'm nervous that someone is trading on insider information. Nothing to do but to ride it out at this point...

Congrats. You got in at a lower price than me. I've held this stock for over a year now, but made the most recent addition to my position a week ago. I wish I'd waited a few days, but if this stock lives up to its potential, it won't matter a whole lot. Good luck to you.

Just to clarify. I think they said they still expect to EXIT Q4 approaching profitability. That means there should be a significant revenue ramp in 2H 2014, and Q1 2015 should be a $20M+ revenue quarter.

There you go. Should've waited. :) Oh well, fingers crossed that in a year's time it doesn't matter.

Makes sense - thanks. Apparently the BoD announcement was a non-event. The big question is whether the revenue ramp starts, and what they project for next quarter.

Yes, I've noticed that 45K block as well. For what it's worth, I added 120K shares over the past week at between $1.70 and $1.75. I might look really stupid in a couple of weeks if this thing goes south, but clearly I think we have significant potential upside here. Btw, what's the reference to tomorrow? I thought the earnings are on 7/24...

That may happen. I don't particularly care what happens before earnings though. I do care what happens over the next year. GLTA.

I had sold 20% of my position immediately AFTER the last earnings release at just over $2, figuring this would fall further. I'm now back in, and holding more than I had to start with. Planning to hold for at least a year, and feeling optimistic about our chances, assuming the long-promised revenue ramp comes through. GLTA - looking forward to the second half of the year!
