buyacramer: sounds like you are a hopeless short, thinking your bashing might have a downward effect on the share price. Good luck with that!
they could easily juice their margins up significantly by simply eliminating their R &D investment of $7m per Q. That alone would of increased earnings from a 10 cent loss to 24 cents in earnings- a 34 cent positive swing.
selling just 5% of your shares is hardly what I call bailing-he ( the CEO) still remains the company's largest shareholder so he does have plenty of skin in the game. One of these days he will want to get the share price up so he can cash out.
We might see a very massive short squeeze take place on this very thinly traded, low float stock. If it happens, the sky is the limit.
ready for a big buyer to step up to the plate and begin accumulating. Soros, Buffett, Einhorn, Icahn, Gabelli? Where are the value players when you need them?
there is no doubt this is a garbage stock, but that presents opportunity. Since nobody wants garbage stocks, FSYS is cheap. Lack of demand causes that. In fact, the shares are probably too cheap, and eventually the market will figure that out, and price the shares accordingly.
It could easily fetch $12 in a buyout scenario, But management would adamantly oppose it because they would not want to lose their jobs. Not sure if there are "golden parachutes" in place.
t boone won't buy this company, but there are others that will. A buyout could happen by the end of the year
The second quarter is usually FSYS's strongest quarter of the year. FEELING CONFIDENT THAT THEY MIGHT EVEN SURPASS EXPECTATIONS THIS TIME AROUND.
why bother having the call at all, if we can't understand them? It is akin to me trying to explain the idiosyncrasies of investing while attempting to speak Chinese. It just isn't going to work. At least one of their speakers was an American.(Tim Stanke)..they should let him speak exclusively
not short....still way too long and down several thousand $-I guess I am trying to implement a little reverse psychology..At this point I am beyond desperate
Why don't you just take your lumps and move on? This is dead money. It is clearly evident that management or the Board could care less about the stock price. They could have $500 million in cash and no debt and they'd still find a way to royally scr@% the shareholder. The best way to make money in this stock is to short it.
