for doctor requested exceptions to the abbv regimen?
Thanks you guys....ill keep it coming...now that I know some are reading them
Don't forget ABBV tried tax inversion too! Didn't work out and ABBV had to pay $2.7 Billion fee.... but it's the thought that counts...oh yes and ABBV's creative way on getting patents on drug they will never make thru their computer analysis...ABBV is a unique company.
I'll stop post unless i get 10 likes on this post.....otherwise ill know this is not the place for facts and discussion
I am long GILD stock (for a long time) and do have Feb 20 $105 strike calls....my disclosure
Please let me know if you like this post....so i can see if it is worth posting stuff like this. I post only verified stuff on well analyzed thoughts. My posts are not popular so i don't know if its worth posting here.
they can sell at any price they want....brand gilead will be 1/100 cost of brand here.... looks like Gilead has already addressed India patent problem in advance. Pretty good. Gilead has gotten almost no publicity about this....it will provide indian generics (cost determined by 7 indian generic competitors) to about 90 different countries. Really zaps any real argument India has to provide access to multitudes...and takes profit away for company that protested patent.... and, of course, India hasn't yet decided on gilead patent yet anyway..only the press has....
never seen a stock manipulated like this in my 50 years experience trading equities
anyone else see the number? (for jan 16
pharmaceutical (indian) quality they say
In its Thursday order, the Patent office said, “the oppositions filed u/s 25(1) by the opponents as mentioned above at present is infructuous with this rejection of the application U/S 15 for further processing of the Patent Grant.”
it sounds like the patent office doesn't accept the patent rejection.... that its still evaluating...that objection from indian pharmacy just triggered a temporary denial...It's hard to read this... any thoughts?
I doubt the us and eu will give india power to decide the validity of out patents.....we have a lot of leverage as a big customer of indian generics (unfortuately)..India could do the same with copyright saying a new album is not suffiiciently different or pertainent to force them to follow copyright laws.
i am VERY pleased GILD went up today... perhaps this will help settle the problem with india respecting our and the eropean patient rights. I like the fact that gilead offered to license this to 7 indean generic drug manugatures in a way that gilead made zero profit.... this will be very clear cut... and india ignore international patents and shoul us an eu not be importing indian drug.. I have fount indian generics to be very inferion... i need to get effexor for greenstone on separate order..
in 30 period before earnings... so GILD will be buying after...Probably didn't say much at jp morgan conf either this close to earnings..
All 91 countries were ok'd for generic harvoni...gild would get 7% royalty which it was to donate back
for enducation and to help with cost of administering program. To any that think is so negative then why is
GILD up on the news on a big mazket down day??
for pumping other web sites not a stock. No one with actual money would guide their decisiosn around whats posted here. If some do they will soon be broke so the rule holds. :))
Also forget about medical scholl and become pharmacy manager instead....Doc have lost their power to diagnose and prescribe.... and they are still stuck with the liability. ES didn't make the doc do it cause the doc prescribed. It's the end of the pharmaceutical and medical professions. Even senators and congressmen agree...good enough will be good enough to treat thier future cancer. Inovation is just too expensive.. I think they should bring back interferon... it cures over 75%..to me its good enough
