A 7% premiumis the lowest price increase I have ever had on a buyout. Company trades at about 10 times earnings and in order to avoid shareholder legal problems with the deal.
Yep, I do not understand that either. AMR should be trading at a buck and not 4 bucks. We will have to wait to see if the old AMR shareholders get screwed.
Maybe the parents should teach them better!!!!!!! Besides that, the parents are saying their kids are angels and could not have done such a thing!!!!!!!!!
So, it looks like the Bombers family received over 100K in govt assistance and yet their kids killed and injured many many americans. Something is wrong here.
I sold most of my position when it ran from 3 to 8 a few years(not sure how many) making 100% in a short period of time and then traded the last few shares I had for SUTOR. That trade actually turned out better then holding CPSL. I did notice that SUTR and CPSL traded within about 80 cents of each other during that period and then, all of a sudden, CPSL just crashed to where it is trading the same 80 cents, but after the R/S. I also exited SUTR this year for a small profit after it ran up 100%.
What does Cook have to do with CLF?
