After so much disappointment , to be in the green with Teva seems like the comming of the messiah. I remember telling myself ...if I ever get even with Teva I am selling and turning my back on Teva forever. Now I feel that I should wait a little more and its not the right time to sell. What are plans ?
the way things are going ...who knows , 50 might just be the begining :-) . The only thing that bugs me is that most of this upwards trend is more to do with psychology and less with something substantial. Its not that Teva is about to come out with a new blockbuster or something .
WASHINGTON, Feb 6 (Reuters) - Pfizer Inc, the world's largest drugmaker, has beaten back generic competition for the pain medicine Lyrica, its biggest product, with a U.S. appeals court ruling that competing generic products would infringe on the company's patents.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, which handles all patent appeals, ruled on Thursday that Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc, Lupin Ltd, Actavis Inc and other generic competitors had infringed on Pfizer's patents.
The decision upholds a ruling by the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware that said that the generic versions may not be sold.
Lyrica, which is approved to treat neuropathic pain caused by diabetes, shingles and other conditions, is Pfizer's biggest product, with global sales in 2013 of $4.6 billion. It had U.S. sales in 2013 of $1.96 billion.
Pfizer shares were up 0.5 percent at $30.81 in midday trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
The times they are a changing..
sure think , with a market like today , I would say Teva is doing pretty damn good. I thimk its by far one of the better performing stocks this year , and I sure hope it will continue
Are they alot . I assume that a few months ago Teva was given such bad PR that probably many thought it was worth shorting. wonder if there could be some kind of short squeeze or something
at one time I remember it behaved completely inrrationally , now its a little back to normal. with a red market like today , I have no problem with Teva going down.
Totally agree. All the heavy buying today and yesterday seems to be a sign of great expectations. Sure seems like a turnaround
I remember so many days where it was exactly the opposite.
I wonder how the Inverstors are going take this although this isnt really suprising news , but still .
I personally was hoping for a miracle in the form of someone really really good but recently I have learned not to expect much from the useless board bunch.
This share is what bubbles are all about , its unbelievable . Good help all those suckers who are going to loose at least have of their money.
Well lets hope this wont be the case for long. I will personally send Frost a going a way present. Horowitz must be rolling in his grave...His son seems to be just as incompetent as the rest of them. From a short glance at his sons background , it seems that just being is son is what earned him his seat. Does seem like hes got more than any average guy , up in his head. Not enough IMHO to be on a board for such a company
