How do you value ELN now? It has to be more than the cash as they have a lot of R&D, irrespective of pipeline drugs. An acquirer has other routes to access to cash if needed, for example.

It may be the beginning of a bidding war between ELN management and Royalty Pharma or another. The math may establish the valuation, but it may not.
