Hey Stingray do the translation for the conference they had in Russia / Siberia. Read it carefully. There is a little gem in there.
Investors are being played. Funny how you get an S-1, no movement and then the press release today re: funding. Stockholders are like an ATM to these guys.
dude this only works on XBOX One and even then those people need to be on the preview program. And its not 100m boxes, its only the One and you are looking at 4m - 5m at this point.
The company does not file, the do not issue PR's and as of now, nobody knows if these shares are even going to be the real shares for the company or if they are expired. The company pulled its registration.
Time for more digging and research before I pull the trigger big.
Not sure about scam, the deal with MSFT is real.
What is unclear to me at this point is if these shares are just "dead" The company pulled its registration last year and no longer files. They also no longer are required to issues PR's / Financial Statements.
My fear is that if they do decide to become a filing company again that they would just cancel these shares and issue new ones. Does anyone out there know if this is possible? Technically it would be a "new" filing in the market if they do decide to file ( and why would they, its easier to run company as a non-filer assuming they don't need access to capital ).
I'll agree to 100% use bmw_petrobas on Yahoo. It makes the conversation simpler I agree.
I'd also please ask of you that we both work together here and no longer against each other going forward to focus our efforts on finding the news STXS has in its inventory and more importantly, what they have to gain by postponing news if it only hurts the stock price.
So not only is the CEO paid a nice salary to destroy $100m of shareholder value, but as pointed out he is also paid for his valuable insight on to how financial markets work, why stocks go up or down and of course how STXS can control the price of the stock through the timing of news that has already been inventoried.
I'm speechless. Never in my life have I seen this. Seriously they are holding onto news. Full write up below as mentioned by Stingray.

Q: And as part of the validation of the distributors have they already or you already have discussed with several potential hospital customers, key physicians in Japan?
A: William Mills
Obviously, nobody’s had discussions before they were entitled to have any discussions and this arrangement is quite hot off the press. So this is not a piece of news that we have been inventorying for distribution at this time. We are reporting it now because it was just completed. So the process is now very young, it’s days old and I think it would probably be premature to comment on the customer contact to-date.
Nice deal inked with MSFT / XBOX One. HDTV over the air and through the XBOX.
Not sure what this does for the company since they are no longer reporting. But even if they get 20% of XBOX users we are talking a pretty large deal here.
There could be relevant news in inventory, but it cannot be material otherwise we would have to see an 8-K posted. Also REG-FD loops in retail if STXS is doing anything fancy on the institutional side.
I'd love to think that more work is being done with Siemens and that we could see a PR around that topic. But if its just a continuation of the existing agreement from Oct 2003.
Got my #$%$ handed to me today on that breakdown 9.75% move. Gave money hand over fist back to the house. Actually thought we had a little bottom there and it was time to build up some size but I was dead wrong.
For those of you watching or playing along, there is a nice sized seller out there on the ASK just waiting for you. Look at the size he is posting to get an idea. Makes zero sense unless its Cantor and they have a mandate to move "XYZ" amount per month.
I'm betting they take it to $1.65 - $1.68 and rest around there before they ramp up in May for the conference. No news is coming for a while, so for now we need to translate PR from Russia in order to get excited.
Speaking of potential PR's, why wouldn't STXS send a PR about the work they are doing with Philips Medical in Russia? I know the partnership agreement is old, but there has to be "something" new they are doing over there.
Just an idea. Maybe they are putting it into inventory for the conference in May.
Exhibitor list has Stereotaxis in booth 203. Also check out the floor plan to see who their neighbors are.
I agree with your post as well. A very balanced observation I may add.
PR's should not be manipulated and in fact I would argue that by having an inventory of PR news you actually do the stock a disservice since once investors get into the meat of the announcement, upon seeing that it is "old" there is no need to reflect any change in position or opinion of the stock.
I did not read the recent news close enough and made the mistake of increasing my position.
When news happens and the company releases the news to the public I feel there is more of a chance for the news to impact the price of the stock (positive or negative) since it is more relevant.
Management seems to feel that they can move the price at will and can hold news until they need a bounce. I think the $15m or so sitting out there with Cantor (correct me if I'm wrong) is now incentive for them to try and put some gas on this price volume so they can use the investors as an ATM machine.
There is an aspect of negligence here from their stance to hold onto information.
It certainly does. Thank you. Lots of the focus of our discussion has been on machine installations, FDA approvals and of course field work concerned AF. In order for their to be a much more compelling story long term, there needs to be additional avenues of expansion for market potential, which you have begun to shed some light on for us.
Not sure if anyone remembers but a while back I said there was another shoe to drop and that STXS wasn't dumb. I actually thought they would start to detail other ways they could use the machine and have some progress to show. Clearly if a center were to announce a new direction in addition to afib into interventional neuroradiologogy .
Thank you again.
Thank you for enlightening us as retail investors given your professional status. If you have time, can you provide any additional color on the ancillary market opportunities in Neurosurgery or Oncology?
No I get that. I think there is a difference though so hear me out. A pump and dump is about pushing information, either made up or useless or kind of company specific signaling a change at the company level.
A rise in stock price like we've seen with GENE off of one lame PR from the company? That was just driven by traders who knew they could control the float and do with the stock what they wanted. They also decided as a group to short the living daylights out of it once it broke I think $8.80.
Both of these actions can't be sustained. But one is based off of smoke and mirrors the other is clearly stating this is what traders do and nobody is hiding behind that fact.
But I can kind of see your point. Would it help if I said I'd love for this to go to $5 and then after that I would slowly sell off my trading position? I could but then I also have the right to change my mind.
I think at this point many traders are looking at the past charts. It doesn't matter what unfolds from the company side; what matters is which trader groups come into the mix.
I already know one guy is in with a big following. If the three others I know also take an interest "they" will push this up to $5 in short order just because they can. This is going to occur right when earnings are released, so the next battle will be how much its runs up into earnings and then if the numbers are strong enough to make it run up some more.
Going to be a super fun week. I'd like to grab another 50,000 shares on Monday so we'll see how it does on the open.
So this is interesting. Thanks for posting.
1. Old doctors are retiring, new younger guys love the STXS system
2. GE is a total mess so people are transitioning their thinking to STXS
3. Siemens is no longer a factor
4. Philips chose the right horse
From the sounds of it the product has sucked for a long time, but because of factors outside the control of STXS they actually look pretty good right now.
I think a lot of people are looking at that chart and the one before it. Id love to know if the float was the same back then as it is now.
Some guy on Twitter said STXS could be like GENE but I say no way. GENE float was not even 2,000,000. This has 10x as much around 20,440,000.
Nice. Not quite the same size of my last position but this thing isn't dying down. Wish the float wasn't so high, but still 20M isn't that bad.
I put that Stereo moron on ignore and my life is so much better.
