Nothing and I mean nothing that isn't positive about this company is already priced in. Whether its the 928, catwalk or anything else that's been leaked or printed its all out there and this stock momentum is down. My next buy in is at or around its 52 week low of $1.63.
THE ONLY thing that will pop this stock on any given day is short sellers taking profits. Buy low and sell on those days for you day traders but other than that this stock and company is D.O.A!!!!!
No marketing means no sales growth period.
They are still considered D.O.A by the street.
I bought a white 822 on Ebay for $240 about 3 months ago and love it. I kept my unlimited data package by not renewing my contract. Thats what I'll do when Verizon gets the 928. I'll just pay cash once the price falls. Check out Ebay Nokia 822, price have fallen to about $200-$250.
Looks like selling pressure is subsiding.
Lets watch the price action today and the next few trading days. Taking out $3.55 will down draft to $3.20. if we stay above $3.55 we'll still need to take out $3.91. Lots of overhead supply.
Break out of price channel.
Nuff said.
Watch out folks both have big cash on hand and big interest in spending on growth in emerging markets.
Nokia 1st bid will be $8 and sold at $12.
Think about it. It a great fit. Nokia's emerging market presence. Maps, patents, innovation culture, its a perfect fit.
This would be a great move for Apple and Nokia share holders.
Thought?
Big disappointment. NOK need an Android phone to put legs under the stock.
Bought in at $28.90. Let the sell off commence and the profits too.
The 822 is a 720 screen where as the 920 has a 1080HD BIG difference in clarity and color. I believe the camera in the 822 doesn't shoot in HD.
I'm looking at the last 21, 14, 7 day trading windows.
There nothing wrong with Nokia turn around story. The phones are selling well and its blue sky's. But, Nokia stock is tracking pretty close with the S&P. Look for more weakness in Nokia as the S&P test its 200 day moving average at around 1375. The S&P bumped up against its 50 moving average and fell.
Should the S&P break below its lower Bollinger Band around 1350 we could see it fall to 1290. I think we could see Nokia fall with it but stabilize around the 2.25 to 2.54 level. Should be a great entry re-entry point. Things are moving fast so this could all play out in the next few days or weeks.
Nokia's first advertisement...Where not Korean.
How many of Nokia 920, 820, 810, 822 does it need to sell before Jan 1 2013 that will make stock analyst remove it from there death watch? What kind of sales trend numbers (also a sign of production meeting demand) will we need to see?
My best guess is 6 million sold with weekly sales trending higher to 500,000+ units.
Any thoughts?
Sentiment: Strong Buy
