The humans need fossil fuels today

    by bnwild56 6 hours ago

gee, and I am trying to find an entry point for COAL....I herd/read some time back SOROS was/had bought into coal with the fall...yes, coal is dirty but in reality once it rains the dirt is removed.(we just do not need to over burn it in low rainfall areas...And I agree all the heavy metals etc need to be cleaned from the burn before the smoke goes out the smokestack.

""The foundation mess - up was GWB . It takes a democrat to clean up a republican mess . Yes , No""

No, It will take a non career politician. Because the policies do not change with a Republican or Democrat they stay on course. We can only hope Trump wins and then is not talked into these same disastrous policies as President...

  • ref: before its news....while reading, remember Democracy now an Honduras. ""The CIA goes into these countries and finds a small group of people who dislike their country’s regime. Libya for instance, they found a small group and started the “Arab Uprising” then more and more joined in on the rebellion. We supplied aid and weapons to help them defeat Qaddafi’s military. Among these rebels were known Al Qaeda affiliates. Guys like Saddam and Qaddafi were the ones keeping Al Qaeda from gaining a lot of power in the region. So now after destabilizing all of these countries, groups like Al Qaeda and ISIS are rampant. It was all part of the agenda to destabilize these countries. Cheney laid it out and called it the “New World Order”. A destabilized country is easier to control and we along with the Saudis want control over all of the natural resources in the Middle East. The Middle East will NEVER be a stable region again.

The U.S. plays both sides of these conflicts. The CIA is their tool and they leave no evidence behind. Do you think our intelligence was so ignorant that they would fail to see what would happen when supporting moderate rebels in Syria? If so, we need to fire everyone because the people of the U.S. were screaming NO and didn’t want to take a chance of supporting Syrian rebels. Do you think that it is because the U.S. is SO concerned? No, it’s all about money and resources. The U.S. government couldn’t possibly care less about Syrian rebels and their fight for freedom.""(think Honduras on last sentence)... Well, Bremmer created the the dismissing of the sunni representation?
You throw out a name and then give zero reference as to what he did wrong. I did not and do not know anything about his impact.(explain when you throw out an name)....I'll add he stated(I googled) : ""The former diplomat published an op-ed in The Wall Street Journal on Monday, titled, “Only America Can Prevent a Disaster in Iraq.” In the opinion piece, Bremer criticized President Barack Obama for his 2011 withdrawal from Iraq, saying that the U.S. lost considerable political influence over Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki and left behind an unprepared Iraqi military.
“Only the Americans can help the Iraqis broker across these sectarian and ethnic lines,” he said on MSNBC. “There is nobody else who can do it.”
Bremer also spoke out against the potential partition of Iraq into three regions based on ethnic lines, a proposal outlined by then-Sen. Joe Biden in 2006.""

Now, I for one think Biden's(2006) stated division was an better idea.
Just how did he create ISIS, telli? (need an reference point or two) as I am clueless otherwise. Making blanket statements are not helpful. reread the reuters quote I left below. Clearly even the journalist knew pulling out was bad, RE: (( The Shi'ite-led government asked parliament to fire the Sunni deputy prime minister, and security sources said the Sunni vice president faced an arrest warrant."")) So, how does blaming Bremmer excuse the Administrations bad decision(2011)? Besides , I thought ISIS gained creation from the disruption of Libya and then Syria(after the withdrawal in Iraq) Armed from Libya and Syria and weapons gain from an ill trained Iraqi military that ran and left all weapons on battle field in Iraq. Well?

GWB, did not start Libya, Syria, nor the huge refugee crisis. The Democrats also pulled out of Iraq way to soon.(because they hated the GWB removal of Saddam). The middle east heated up after the USA pulled out in 2012. Mart the date 2012!.. Reuters Dec 2011: ""As U.S. soldiers pulled out, Iraq's delicate power-sharing deal for , Sunni and Kurdish factions was already under pressure. The Shi'ite-led government asked parliament to fire the Sunni deputy prime minister, and security sources said the Sunni vice president faced an arrest warrant.""

WiKi says GWB sign a bill to withdraw by Dec 2011 in 2008(as if the Democrats could to change this in 2009 etc when they had both houses)...The Democrats ran everything through 2010-2011 and could have change this. Presidents excuse was Iraq did not want USA troops left...Well, that's a first-Japan-Korea -Germany etc. we have troops in what 100 countries? (I believe this Iraq position was stated because that's what the Administration wanted too)...I to fall for that balderdash ..

There will be time enough...I'll wait. my problem is I never like the Eagle ford and never understood why majors were there.(most majors exited or greatly reduce exposure)...Let's see whether the EUR's now projected actually hold "true"....I think SN has over run it's upward movement.(could be wrong)..As my DD on SN is light. According to presentation they are hedge well something like $3.50 base on NG...Earning will be out.

Saudi Arabia headline harp on it's budget. well, 7MMB/D(or less) at $80.00 would be 560 million per day. 10MMB/D at $40.00 is 400 million per day...So how much could low price be hurting them? not much. At $50.00 it's hardly an difference. Costs to get oil out have went down for them(SA) also perhaps not the reduction here in USA but still significant.
And perhaps SA would of had to lower production to less than 7MMB/D because Iran by itself would of added 2.5MMB/D and USA production would of continue to climb and well as world production climbing if SA had cut production....Hard times maybe just starting in the oil patch especially if Iran does not back down some...Iran could if wanted bring production to 6-7MMB/D Iran has produce this much before....World oil markets today projecting Iran at 4MMB/d....With green Energy coming on like gang busters the OPEC may need to keep crude lower for longer to reduce the speed of switch over to green(solar-elect)....AS they, oil plans need 10 year time frames and 20 year payouts unless it's shale. That reminds me I saw a clip on Sarandon breakup with Hillary.(Sarandon is a Dumb broad ranting the evil of fracking clearly she has't a clue how oil is taken out of the ground or she would not be against fracking. To be against fracking you have to be against any traction of oil. What an NUT she is).

I sent a letter to China recommending they remove APA and that was the end of APA(exited 2003-2004)(2005)...However i have know impact at all these days. UPL was an smart group however i never was invested in them.

Teli, watch an vid debunking $15.00 hr. wage right used CPI from government site plug the minimum wage and year and the best year ever was 10.00 something....most all were below $10.00 in inflated dollars and most were around $7.35 or 7.90 (in inflated dollars)...And if you use year started at $0.25 in inflated dollars it was $3 something less than $4.00...
So the Bull that is Fed to the public continues...Then as on chat says productivity. Well, take dishes what the company buying an machine to wash dishes have to do with a mans productivity?(just running the machine a person is able to do mo dishes however the person did not improve. The company bought(invested) in equipment the employee did not.

Buybacks have always turn out to be a very bad use of the firms money.
Invest the money to grow the company...When a company buys back stock it shows the management is not smart enough to grow the company! And is an over Paid management when they buy back stock! Period!
only short term traders benefit from share buybacks...

did anyone here by in the $2.00 range?

    by milliondollargoal Apr 27, 2016 10:06 AM

""There have always been three routes out of the unsustainably low prices: natural decline/growth of supply/demand, collaboration constraints on supply, and military conflict. Since January, while the talk of a growth freeze had no effect whatsoever on actual supply, the natural decline/growth did reduce the overhang by a couple of hundred thousand barrels of oil per day. Meanwhile, two little-discussed and less-understood military interventions took a combined 900,000 bopd out of supply in a virtual instant.

In February, a “military type explosive charge” detonated on a subsea pipeline in Nigeria, taking out up to 300,000 bopd. The attack was characterized as “sophisticated” and “highly skilled,” not least because it was executed by divers under 20 feet of water. One source reported, “The people who did this knew what they were doing and they wanted maximum damage.”""

  • ""Lack of oil export revenues could have been used as a lever against the eastern government but now that shippers and buyers for its oil have been found, this lever is gone. The eastern NOC considers the Tobruk government legal and it is very likely that after this initial success, it will continue to seek ways to export crude without the approval of the western NOC, the GNA, and the group of countries usually comprising the international community. Despite efforts from the U.S. and Europe, it is evident that there are some willing buyers of eastern Libyan oil.""

No, I did not...Missed this leg entirely on all oil companies. Of course i was late on the know of the pipeline attacks etc. This being an heavy NG company, I am still not sure the NG producers have backed off...The export of liquid maybe the big help on USA NG production but I have nowhere near enough information regarding NG...Been, eye sick and it has taken days and days away from me lately...UPL in trouble, ixxi, in trouble. In regards to SN seems they have cut costs by better than 50% and upped EUR's. But SN would then be the exception compared to peers.(I'll wait). To old for n gamble...Best I can tell oil just has run up for six weeks...The old days the market use to move in 6 week cycles sometimes...Just herd bloomberg on negative headline for crude....I been suspecting this to come considering Iran and pipeline coming back on line.We will just see if this holds for next several weeks.(the bad news) inventory up. I thought refinery change over and maintenance would cause some refinery un slow downs....

And 40 hr week 50 weeks equals 2000 hours.
man and woman working would be 4,000 hours total.
$15.00 would mean an gross income of $60.000.00

Why on earth do we need $15.00 a hour minimum wage?
Has inflation diluted the U.S. Dollars that much? I think not.
Can you see why some of us think the progressives and Democrats have lost their minds! Just work an normal 2,000 hour year no over time and you would earn $30,000.00 being single minimum wage. Why go to college then? I think we the people are getting Dumber...

Tom Hartmann has an interesting message. He claims if taxes were say like old days when he was in business(50% rate) his CPA said you have to quit spending money your earning to much. He claims that if the money not taken in wage and instead spent on business it fix the tax...I do not know as i have not seen taxes under the old rates when they were higher nor do i know how the tax code was written on deductions...I know(tax) form about 1976 not prior... I do know they reduce what a small business could deduct for lunch(business etc)...I think they about eliminated it...Business;s like mind use to have salesmen with expense accounts and the tax law sort of removed the deductions over time...However if your big business there still available...hence kill small business and middle class...
Things like this...( no I am not up to date) But tax code effects the economy almost immediately with changes......
