Excuse errors in dictation from A Mac mini only using software it's C ships with.
Strict liability is tough ice cream truck Falls under the category.
Verdict overkill because one man ego. He said go forward after three failed negative pressure tests. Hello how you do defend against employees whom don't follow procedure. He was drunk. British Petroleum's failure was not having a system to overrule that toolpusher at the rig when a major safety test is flunked. The test is done to prevent just what happened. The judge in the idiot. Strict liability or or no.

Judge wants fame. Exxon, Chevron, conoco are the only other companies that could survive 40 billion. All other, even stadol, Eni and total would have filed bankruptcy.

Fact: An 30 something MAN was to blame. True, Office could have had better checks and balances. But this 30-year-old man, ignored three negative pressure test failures. That means do not go forward. There is no company that can defend against an idiot employee.

2: the blowout preventer fail. That was Transocean's responsibility. If you look, any Transocean's reports 2009 they claim that income partly affected by issues with blowout preventers. If that isn't telling !

3: and I believe Halliburton Hid test results of the cement mixture that showed it likely not work.

Conclusion, boils down to 30 something man's ego and ignoring A failed pressure test (negative) three times. That test is to prevent what happened. So to judge, wants to destroy A large-company over A toolpusher. I can tell you this in my opinion there is an $43 for the damage out there in the Gulf of Mexico. If our courts bankrupt British Petroleum and nobody, No company Will drill in the Gulf of Mexico. And when the lights go out they might rethink it.

Well, I am using A Apple mini Mac with voice over and dictation all original for this post. Mistakes this thing makes as I haven't trained it. I cannot see well. So not bad or $600 computer. All of this without buying any software. Good luck to us all.
