    auto correct...Trust not test sheesh...

  • bnwild56 by bnwild56 Feb 12, 2016 3:23 PM Flag

Last I looked test had 2.8 trillion...Was still green on payouts when interest was added to years withdrawal...A plus 55 bill(because of interest). Office claims problem in 2030-33...anyway i suppose the last of the baby bomber's spike is said to come 2018. However I am in last batch of baby boomers and they will be 70 years old in 2026-2019...So far they paid for themselves...Facts here is an area(subject) where the facts just keep moving depending on an opinion...LOL...Trust, IOU's or another Enron bookkeeping system...lol....Perhaps it could be sound if we did not pay so many public retiree's those 10k a month pensions...like Michele, an friend whom said, shoosh! don't tell but i make more now than when i worked. She worked in corrections here in CA... I need a team of 20 people full time to keep up with the facts the government fails to tell us.(I am not sure even then I'd be well informed)...

Team is not for decisions it is for better fact gathering...I would suggest you look in the mirror again. Just as some like to trump-shout "networking". When before networking became A fad; I knew and those around me knew the more people you know makes a difference in access to information...getting information while sitting in a cave by your self can serious limit ones access to it....I know from life experience the diff. And you will probably never know...I thinking your still in the teenage bumper sticker group....I am not juxtaposing your trading history...As John J. McNamara said, in my senior seminar class at CSUB. (Co, was building an plant and community did not ant it said it would rain their taxes. he argue no, )To his surprise they were right....My memory has not this exactly right but the "melts in your hand but not in your mouth" Ads was 14th on the list the agency brought to them.. It was an opinion that selected the Ad as there were no facts to dictate an opinion until after the fact. The Ad was very successful....

I am ver objective and very slow to make an opinion but when the math says 2 plus 2 is two. I am going with that instead of dreaming two plus two is three....now is this is not objective you have got me!

yeah, listen to PBS and Sanders and Hillary tonight.Bernie Said need to raise SSA whom are on the minimum...i know all about it as i conveniently paid little in taxes. Hurts if you retire 30 years early(at 39 forced)...but it is an dumb concept to throw a number. it should be anchored to something like minimum wage(I do not know what to link it to; but it has to be anchored.
Like minimum wage works for about two years then rents go up(same for retired bottom SSA people. And when minimum wage is raised up it hurts the ones whom had manage to stay long enough to earn more than minimum wage.(it throws thoose people back on bottom rung). He said about $1600.00...Well in 2008-09 they subtracted about 11% and just last year it went to the level it ended 2008-09 before the cut...So that 1600 Bernie talking about would be about the size of the cut during financial Crisis ...After all minimum wage went up 20% plus(recently) depending on where you live. That effects all low income old SSA people as everything within two years goes up and the bottom rung winds up no better off....Well, be true(living standard) if not for technology productive gains in our lives....Anyway that ought to get em a lot of votes. smile...If your a wealthier señor and living in a senior residence they go up with COLA every year...It is such a game...I do not know where i stand on free 4 year University degrees...As in the 12K system half perform poorly and it's free...I can support it if they tie grads to it...We would not want em attending for free making D's and dropping classes half way through the quarter or semester......Anyway thought of the band Bad Company ten minutes ago and went youtube and listen to Bad Company - Shooting Star.....maybe shooting star applies lately to elections and markets and Oil &NG....

Kayne Anderson brought back memories...I then I remember the dangerous 80's...Where police pick up guy whom place a pipe bomb in an associates truck...The late 70's where I learned hard facing was burnt down.
Where Carrol's oil services' owner was busted with 13 million in meth. Al Carrol worked for me for six months while out on bail...Some people talk about things but I actually lived them.

arch, so i went to PWE read the yahoo guidance headline for PWE.
Looked at key stats...hmm, they in full shut down mode and have 1.6 billion debt...and SD thought they were going to survive with 4 billion in debt? I am even worried about BlackPearl although I read their presentation Dec. and it seems they think OPEX will be $11.00 and DD&A on recent start up of SAGD will be $4-6.00 a barrel... However bitumen is discounted to WTI...and that's only 3k to 6k(still ramping up) of their 9k production. BlackPearl's other production is higher cost. The company has 97 million borrowed...anyway eye hurt so I am very light on the DD...

I use to know a guy who made hats etc. marketing .He also was accountant of my ex-partner(now find 2000 cancer) before i knew em..They had a business split and he went hiding in his million dollar home and telling the police the mafia was going to kill him.(referring to my ex- partner...)...well there was an associate that jump out of a small pane over Tehachapi . and a guy whom jump off a fishing boat waring waders for fishing in Alaska(story was some one told him his wife had fell over board and he jump in with those on).. Some years later I was in partners office when he said they had to pay the wife 500k... Other than that i was asked twice years apart in the 1990's if i would kill for money. I always said no. it was about a two sentence conversation each time....

""Terra Energy bought the WPX assets in Colorado using private equity funds from Los Angeles-based Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors LP and New York-based Warburg Pincus LLC.
Occidental recently reported a multibillion-dollar loss for 2015, and vowed to cut 2016 spending by 48 percent in its recent fourth-quarter and full-year earnings report."" From Houston business journal one of the terra employees is from tis company....Anyway it's been years since I walked into the doors of Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors...They use to be half block from my sister's office. We both had investments in Bahai bay China way back in 1998...I met them any times as in those days i was at my sisters office a lot after eye surgeries( i spent six months completely black out in 1998(no sight at all)). In fact i lived with my sister a couple of years off and on when i wasn't in HI......OOOOoooo the memories.

  • As an old guy I must have good company as the Supreme Court saw wisdom in halting the clean power plan from Paris. These fools whom want this and that by 2030 have not a live brain cell working. We are going solar etc. without the Push. I bet we all be using clean coal(sequestered in ground by power plants ) by 2050 or 2060 anyway...Actually, its not Earth temp why I would not mind a slow down in coal use...I want to save some mountains that would shrink from digging coal.( nothing to do with CO2 emissions). They are making oil out of algae and CO2 is main ingredient...I bet we figure it out in next 100 years after all we can make diamonds now.(and making diamonds was considered a pipe dream when i was six years old)... Seriously SN is in trouble if oil prices stay here. There is talk of even lower oil prices...If your long(and intend to stay long) I spend some insurance on puts (LEAPS)....At worse you lose a few bucks if we go back to higher oil prices but if we do not you save what you have invested....

I saw headline.res. Obama what to give poor childless workers more EIC.
I say yes, and pay for it by increasing only the 1% 's taxes....should be doable...As a famous hollywood star said years ago: I have to be concerned when the rich want socialism...

I took a few second and looked at yahoo CF on CHK.
Started me thinking: Why not go ta Japanese bank after all Japanese bonds are now set at negative interest rates.(got to hurt). I would make a deal with an Japan bank to acquire all ten billion in debt and set interest rate at 2% for next three yearend the Bank would be in first position if BK was ever filed they be the bank or banks suppling the the DIP if it came to that...After all NG is an Big importable fuel for Japan...They could make swaps with their current suppliers etc...Next, I try to make deal with pipeline MLP's to cut rates in half for three years.( I would also see if the Japan bank and the MLP could help each other)....That's what i would do...Most these billionaire types are to interested in stealing the assets though.(like wipe out current shareholders and unsecured debt holders...Remember the flocking over to Spain a couple of years back...Yep, those type people.

I wonder if: CHK can get pipeline charges reduced by half until crude and BG prices improve? look at CF on yahoo for 3rd qtr. I was surprised to see operating cash flow positive to 318 million...OF course they had 500 in the depletion category....anyway should be interesting.....I would try to borrow money from Japanese banks with the negative interest rates on Japan bonds the Japanese banks ought to be willing...I give them an equity position too maybe...Refi the ten billion in debt to 1st secured @ interest rate of 2% for next three years...That be my plan....What's ten billion when Japans banks faces with 100's of billion in negative interest rate Japanese bonds! hey Ya! all part of the package....
