  • Seeking "A" says one is in denial if he/she bets the farm on SD. First SA, NO ONE SHOULD EVER BET THE FARM on ANYTHING!

Setting that concept aside, SD is AN ASSET PLAY, always has been but won't always be one! The reason SD won't always be an asset pklay is because SD leadership is working production toward exploitation of those assets and doing it cheaper than anyone else can!

Oh wait a minute! SD is still an asset play because of discovery!!!

One more concept that seems foreign to SA is the notion that stock prices usually find a level that ANTICIPATES future expectations! Any questions SA?

I only ask because if you are going to snipe, then please define the target for the rest of us so we can better understand what your motivation might be. All IMHO............

There was also an absolute TON of option play between April and June CALLS......frankly, I think there are some players who saw the uptick as a sign to close or perhaps the bold, to open some call positions betting for or against SDs upward trending price.

I think there are some SHORTS out there who for the first time in YEARS, are thinking a new path might be more prudent now that SD is showing some life again and there is no denying SD leadership has opened a new chapter in a new book with seemingly, a happy ending! All IHO.......

LMAO! There is a HUGE difference between a supremicist and a conservative. Your COMMON leftist error of lumping all you hate into one bucket is going to come back and haunt you/ and the left....but it comes as no surprise since the limited intellect of the left seems able to process one concept at a time.

  • boar292hog boar292hog Apr 18, 2014 8:53 AM Flag

LMAO! Yet another emotional leftist twit ! So wanting responsible spending from gov't is bad? Wanting more privacy/less intrusion from our gov't is bad? Wanting and expecting the truth from gov't is bad? Wanting accountability for lies by gov't is bad? WANTING FREEDOM is bad?

    You are one fumb duck~!!

Yes. LOL! Sorry bout that ALL !

Was thinking blind squirrel/walnut and I'll be darned with my hunting-pecking typing technique if batter and homerun didn't appear! How does that happen.......? crickets! LOL! Have a good one!

Next earnings call, I believe 7 MAY, is going to send naysayers and SHORTs to the store for some adult sized DEPENDS !!!! Is it getting hot in here!? LMAO!

When I connect all the dots, Cramer touting SD as a stock spec, SD a company which Cramer WOULD NOT TOUCH for the last 2-3 years means he is likely hearing good things from industry types and perhaps even analysts etc.// AND..... the COOP man was Cramer's mentor early on in his career and Cramer claims COOP is the best stock picker he knows.

Okay success by association isn't the way to invest BUT, if one connects as I said, all the dots.....etc., surrounding SD , its wells etc., I think it is fair to expect a good earnings call with an upside for the 4TH QUARTER in a row (which in itself blooms on alot of analyst radars) as well as a nice forward forecast.

I thin SD has finally turned the corner, we shall see! All IMHO of course............

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Cramer's record speaks for itself, check out his returns on his charitable trust, I doubt you, like many critics, have ever come close to replicating let alone beating his returns.

That said, this issue, having WORKED in the investment industry for many years, is communications and information. Cramer is a phenom bird dog. If you are looking for ideas, wanting more info., or merely an educated opinion, Cramer serves the uneducated investor ranks, which is 99% of all living/breathing americans, rather well.

Most industry types are EGO driven, self serving, pompous, arrogant losers who are more interested in what their cutomers money can make for THEM (the broker) than for the customer. To be fair, the industry is littered with good people but there is NO INVESTMENT INFO. PLATFORM and NEVER HAS BEEN......until Cramer.

In fact, when I hear options dingos claiming they made 80% on their money, my immediate question is and that adds up to WHAT total return over 12 months taking into account your JAN 1 cash value and your 31 DEC cash value? LMAO!

Even a blind batter hits a homerun once inawhile!

    All IMHO.....................

    Snadridge Energy - SD

Yahoo Finance relies on or allows, however you wish to put it, outside sources for quote information. This data comes from Morningstardotcom which though I am familiar with them, I did not know they offer a subscription site.............SO, it seems Morningstar is purposely hanging its rearend in the wind with this data hoping folks will trace it back to them and see their site.

Interestingly, there is no avenue to inquire with morningstar or for that matter, Yahoo Finance on this issue.

I think this may be a NEW DYNAMIC to advertising by annoying people to the point that they WANT to inquire or provide feedback. This can't be an accident IMHO...........

  • I said it before and I say it again, I think SD assumes a new trading range in the mid 7's and I think it climbs from there with each new earnings report coupled with rising production/discovery!

I hate to speculate too much but SD in my view is perhaps the most attractive buy in the patch because as Cramer said, it is SO HATED and the deflated, stuck in the mud price reflects as much right now.

Bout time ! All IMHO of course...........

  • the position! Cramer is spot on with his analysis of Wall Streets treatment of SD which has been as a whipping post or placed on mute!
Bennett and crew get paid to perform, not to exist. This is a dynamic few corporation require of their leadership, though the number grows.

SD will move another 40% from its 6.40 price to around 9 bucks before many on Wall Street start to pay attention. Sad, but thats where SD and ANALysts are today, with few exceptions though I suspect SD just appeared on a bunch of radars today!

Assuming Bennett's dricetion continues to prove efective and production/discovery continues to edge upward, SD will see much brighter days looking forward than looking back!

So again, NAYSAYERS and SHORTS........UP YOURZ tweedle dee and tweedle dumb! LMAO....come to Poppa! All IMHO.......I love the SMELL OF PANIC as SHORTS and NAYSAYERS head for the doors!

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Oddly, for the first time in a couple years, I have heard a talking head or two (oil guy) suggesting that crude could well begin another move up as high as 150.00. Of course he covered his tracks with if's and maybe's but this is something that is going to start getting peoples attention. Ukraine being but one element of the perfect storm that could move oil higher.

While China has slowed, it is still growing and sometime soon, the Chiense economy is going to begin to pick up again with demand for a better quality of life from the hoards!

North Korea is one assassination away from freedom as is Syria and a few others.....and, we have not really even begun to see economic growth demand from Africa, Indonesia and a few others SO, the MACRO demand will add to upward oil prices......long term.

Needless to say, there is a conceivable back-drop where oil moving to 150.00 is not as outrageous as it may seem off the cuff. Simply put, ENERGY DEMAND is headed no where but UP ! With, or without war. All IMHO !

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

They say "......the sun don't shine on the same dogs #$%$ everyday" but it has been shinging on SDs for years's time for the sun to stop shining where it don't belong and for SD to reach for the STARS!
...and I for one, think it will! IMHO...............

  • or almost over, so the willy nillies who are getting squeezed by the IRS and needing cash are just about to see the door close!

GOOG tomorrow and FB on the 23rd....I expect we see an end to the Share Price bloodshed and a strong reversal setting a new trend going forward. This DIP has been a manmade, media amplified scenario and to be sure, some prices were fairly FAT. However, one must differentiate between MOMO and GROWTH! Simply put, GROWTH can also be GROWTH and FB is one such example IMO!

All of the above IMHO and nothing more........

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • PCLN is a direct route for me when I make travel plans and I THINK my searches are on PCLN, not GOOG. The timing of such a statement from a CEO such as PCLN, right before earnings has to raise some eyebrows. What is his motivation!? Is he trying to somehow get FB to change something it does or does not do? Or has he SHORTED FB and wants to throw some tar on Zuckerberg's action.

One thing is certain, both PCLN and GOOG face many more threats to their kingdom's today than ever before and that threat grows both in number of entities chipping away at their foundations as well as innovations and frankly, a growing anti-big company culture. So much so that when people are given a choice of search or now travel, out of spite, statements made by the PCLN CEO, can lead to a voluntary (if not insistant) migration away fro PCLN and/or GOOG.

But hey, its his show! So go for it PCLN ! I'm going to start looking elsewhere. If a CEO can act this irresponsible with his words, I wonder at what he is capable of by deed.

Say what!? The question is, R U real? Your posts seem to be a version of Little Ms Can't be Wrong, Negative Ninney!

I love watching Zuckerberg WHIP IT on analysts, naysayers, Wall Street, and SHORTs to name a few! More and more.....I get the feeling that Zuckerberg is to FB what JOBs was to AAPL and like JOBs, by the time naysayers and Wall Street decide Zuckerberg is the real deal, the stock will have doubled its range from where it is today.

I don't get it BUT.....hey those other negative ninneys I mentioned above, create opportunities! All IMHO of course.......

  • All IMHO of course but hey, with more mobile users on social than anyone else, gee, i wonder if FB could make any money on MOBILE PAYMENTS? LMAO! GOOOOoooooo FB !!!!!!! All IMHO of course..

  • are rich after earnings! Gee Wally, me thinks the options boys-n-girls are anticipating a bit of a jump after earnings! Does this mean the NAYSAYING Hacks believe FB may surprise? I guess time will tell! In the meantime, those SHORTs and naysayers are experiencing a sweaty trigger finger fearing FB will roll yet another upside surprise................tick, tock, tick, tock! Time is a TWITCHING! OOPS! I mean clicking!

I think Fb blows away expectations and makes as outrageous a move to the upside as it has over the last few weeks to the downside! ALL IMHO and we will see, real soon here!

  • The MLP can be on its own, once approved by the IRS or SOLD as an asset to another MLP even without IRS approval.

There aren't a host of operators working in the SD region but there are a number of small players and disposal is an issue that addresses all. Further, as well production continues to show assets in the MidCon, an outsider, an existing MLP, would benefit from taking the helm of SDs desired MLP complex, if you will.

So either way, this is an assets that shows growth and thus value regardless of who owns it in the end. Thus, SDs price is, well, in my view, sorely under valued at the moment and I think a new 52 week high is a no brainer! The question should be, how high can it go IMHO! All IMHO and only time will help this hand play out.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy
