  • Volume already over 13M. This is why such a huge gain. Yes, there will be flippers and shorts but when supply is small and demand is great it will continue to rise.

    Gerald's Next Major Announcement

A reverse split, if done for the right reasons, can be beneficial. However, it basically takes a year or two for
the stock price to recover as it always goes down. Look at INO. All momentum was squashed when reverse split was announced last spring and it still hasn't recovered.

Very reasonable. Also, take a look at MSTX. Strong volume and price increase to close the year.

  • MSTX will be an early 2015 momentum play. Volume way up and it's recent run will attract more
Every year there are a few small biotechs which gain 400-500% during the year. Will MSTX be one
    of those?

Unfortunately, not much without info about potential revenues. Close between .082 and .085.

I just don't see there being a majority vote in Vringo's favor. When 2 out of 3 voted against Vringo
previously, I just don't see that percentage changing. I really hope I'm wrong but en bancs in general are not granted a majority of the time. So, the odds are not in Vringo's favor.

I'm a VRNG investor. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like it will be granted en banc. The odds are too difficult to overcome. There may be some ZTE wins but the length of time to collect any monies will hurt.
Google's primary defense was to go 15 rounds with Vringo even if it lost in court. Google knows that Vringo
doesn't have the resources to wage an ongoing war. It really became a war of attrition and Google simply wore Vringo down. It also knew that the longer it kept the game going that it would receive a few breaks along the
way, which it did. It must have correctly predicted that in a few short years that legislation would be considered against patent trolls. In turn, Vringo likely turned down a settlement amount that today would be readily
accepted. Bottom line is that Vringo gambled that it could knock out Google but couldn't finish the job.
A year from now Vringo, as we know it today, will be gone.

Good news was anticipated. Retail investors thought share price would spike. When it didn't happen like they
hoped, they bailed. This happens all the time. Smart investors knew this would occur so they waited for the inevitable drop before they started buying.
Substantial share price increase only occurs when news exceeds prevailing expectations or there are rumors about good news. This will recover today and finish close to 60 cents.
Tomorrow another round of good news will be presented. May not see the drop we saw today but there shouldn't be any significant increase unless Oncosec shares positive news that was not expected.
It's all about expectations, folks. Meet them and the share price falls. Exceed them and the share price
