17 phone calls to Comcast from me to try to solve internet speed problems resulting from getting its "NEW" X1 service, and 7 of those calls were "disconnected" and no one called me back even though all had my phone # !!!. I know now Comcast does this on purpose. 17 phone calsl to solve a problem and still not solved? Absurd yes,. intolerable, yes, but my wife doesn't want to change ISPs and phone#/email I guess I am stuck with it, as no one at Comcast has any interest in solving the problem. What a horrible company!
First, it trains them to call customers and ask if they want to save $45 a month for more services than they were getting. Of course, these kids lie or never tell you that your connection speed will be cut and your internet experience will be changed forever for the worse. What is it about our business society that gets people to lie and cheat for a measly salary and give their customers the worst service ever(check the polls). Is that the capitalistic legacy we want to leave our decendents? Jeez. what a crummy company, cheating us and it paying off Washington politicians means it will not change for the better, only worse. With universal WiFi soon, Comcast and the like will not be needed, but it has the pols in its pocket.....due to big payoffs.
Too many uncaring and irresponsible mistakes, glitches and omissions. For one example, terrible stats consistency............DWTI ETF in Yahoo Finance shows 5 different yearly % performances on 5 different pages in Yahoo finance.. Inexcusable. That sloppy mindset needs to go..
