I agree with the article 100% . Have to give Statler credit for propping it up as long as he has, especially in lieu of the SA article- those usually send the share prices tumbling. The crash will likely come soon but again, give credit to Statler, Rodriguez, etc
I'm having a hard time with this- obviously Statler/Kincaid can lead enough sheep to push this up to .39 but when he bails on his position (wouldn't he have bought mass quantities PRIOR to releasing his pump video???) this thing goes into free fall as expected. Now- what I don't get is how the eff does it pop back up to .24 from .19? Any rational explanation? I know volume was low but wouldn't anybody with half a brain have already bailed when it got into the 30 cent area? Who is now buying it up to the mid 20's and why?
I guess my most prominent thoughts on Statler/Kincaid whomever is the fact that he puts out a bogus pump on ECRY last Friday and 25 million shares are traded and the stock nearly triples for a .23-.24 cent gain. This has to be fairly predictable. So Statler buys 5-6 million shares at .13 on Thursday and then puts out the pump and sells for .35 ish and collects a cool $1,150,000 for one days work? Rinse and repeat a few times per year and that is a damn good living. My secondary thought is that there has to be some way this conduct runs afoul of the SEC, doesn't there?
Its very strange, nevertheless- why is nobody selling at these high levels? You can't manipulate the price when this is a golden opportunity to exit for many. How is that manipulation?
