I hope thousands of customers will quit shopping with tgt. They have lost their perspective of who they were, Middle Americia. It was this mgt that made the disasterious decision to go into Canada and cost shareholders millions for their mistake. I dumped my shares in Tgt several months ago!
Bank of america could do better by minding their own business!! i own several thousand shares of bac and will now vote against current bod and executatives for their stand!! urge others tyo do same and show their is a price to pay for meddling!!
I saw that the ceo of bac received a 23% pay raise in 2015 for 2016. bac stock has taken a 25% drop at least during the past 12 months. we will be voting soon on our bod election. i wish we had an alternative slate, but since we do not i will just refuse to vote for any of above! it appears this board is not looking out for shareholders but for management!
Bbt does not need any more mergers until they become more effficient. mgt need to consentrate on assets they now have and improve their efficiency and net profits. mergers allow mgt to look good by increasing assets that do not benefit anyone but themselves. too much of bonus is based on growth.
It is my understanding that at present states do not collect their sales tax on goods coming into their state. It is only matter of time before Amazon has to start collecting this tax for the different states in USA
If shareholders expect Mgt to improve then shareholders must vote against current BOD in spring when board elections are held. Current iBOD is rubber stamp for Mgt. They are supposed to look after shareholders but appears they are more indebited to current Mgt!
If you still feel you are getting ripped off by mgt then withhold your votes in March or April, 2016 for the BOD. hOPE SOME OTHER GROUP OR FUND WILL OFFER AN ALTERNATIVE SLATE. IF NOT JUST do not vote VOTE FOR PRESENT BOD
Best Way to stop this is to withhold all votes in spring for BOD and hope some activist group comes out with slate to oppose BOD. Support new regulations SEC is considering about BOD accountability. When trial Lawyers sue BOD of directors often their is merit due to BOD being nothing more than rubber stamp to Management!
