I'd say the delay in the lawsuit is due to Gao pumping a lot of money into lawyers because he is guilty of fraud! The lawyers are prolonging this thing with technicality after technicality because the truth does not help Gao's case. IMO!
The bottom line: Homeopathy has its share of devoted followers, but the field doesn't make scientific sense, says William Gleason, an associate professor of medicinal chemistry at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. Most products are so diluted, he says, that there's "no longer any medicine in the medicine."
Proponents of homeopathy often claim that heavily diluted solutions contain a "memory" of the active ingredients, but Gleason says that concept is ridiculous. As he explains, every molecule of water in our bodies has been enough other places — oceans, sewers, the bathtubs of ancient Greeks — to make any "memories" hopelessly jumbled.
In a 2010 report, the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine, a division of the National Institutes of Health, said that the key concepts of homeopathy "are not consistent with the established laws of science."
I agree 100% with you! I hold out hope that if people really knew what others thought of them, they might change! Also, I tire of seeing his posts. They add nothing to the discussion.
You are funny! You call folks names like a spoiled 5 year old and you wonder why folks bash you. One day grasshopper when you reach the maturity of a 12 year old you will understand. BTW you are the one that needs to grow up and stop with your childish name calling. Your name calling is a true reflection of your significant lack of character. Smart people use logical statements to win arguments, only the very immature calls folks names!
If you spent half as much time acting like a mature adult, folks might have a little respect for your opinion. Your childish name calling gives away the fact that you are very immature!
You can go to the Oasis website and sign up for their monthly newsletter! Of course the last monthly newsletter they put out was April 2013. Just a little behind schedule. Or you can go to the Oasis LinkedIn page and see pretty much nothing! You can also go to the Oasis Facebook page and see where their last post was December 2012! Draw your own conclusions
You seem to post far more than most folks. Where does that put you on your idiot scale? BTW You just about never have anything constructive to say. You just rant and rave about what you see as the short comings of others!
A pump and dump is when a company pays a stock promoter (either cash or shares of stock) to send out an avalanche of news releases that pump up interest in the stock (BTW these news releases are significantly overhyped) and the stock rises dramatically for a few days and then it collapses on heavy volume as the "pumpers" get out. No I would not call Pfizer a pump and dump! Pfizer has real value, the pump and dump companies have NO value. Has ITNS changed and now has value? Most on this board think so, I do not!
Back in early 2013 I lost money on a pump and dump with ITNS! My goal is to alert folks to how shady ITNS really is. It's an uphill battle since most of you don't want to hear anything negative about ITNS and you are more than wiling to accept and even make up excuses for any shortcoming you are made aware of. They have ben touting Emesyl since 2013 and the latest is that they are producing a whopping 16,000 bottles. They tell you they are on schedule, but don't tell you what the schedule is or what their plans are to market Emesyl.
Not to worry! The company is right on schedule. At least that is what they said. Too bad they did not share their schedule, but then if they did that everyone would see that what a scam this really is!
I agree with you. The only time I ever call someone an idiot is in the case of DaytonaPaul with his inane posts. I respect tjcstockmagic, although I disagree with his posts, I believe him to be an honorable person!
