    next dividend

    by rajoilprasad Jul 28, 2014 12:36 PM

Why is the divi dropping? They extracting less oil and gas? Seems to me SDR and SDT with their high divi is a farce if it keeps getting cutting the divi. May dump both of these, PER looks like a better play. Comments please as I don't okay much attention to these boards. Seems to me, we have more than enough oil and gas in this country to cut loose from Arab oil. We have more than the rest of the world combined, from what I read . Something stinks with this stock, with modern techniques, the oil should e flowing, not going down. Something not right in river city. Next year we will shipping liquid Natural Gas and Oil overseas and plants are being built to do so. Why is this stock depressed?

Abbott has had years to launch Vitarios, think they are waiting to see how the rest of the world excepts it. They will probably be the last to launch, since they have deep pockets. Hope the boys now will be smart enough to get launch dates for Femprox and penalties for not doing so. Don't make the same mistakes you made with Vitaros. Hire a law firm that deals with Internatioal law and get it correct this time . We the shareholders don't get a paycheck for the stupidity of management, but they do. Upfront payments mean nothing if there is no launch. If you sign a deal for Femprox, we want our money now, not when you decide to launch. Time for the home boys to smarten up. If you don't meet the launch date, you forfeit your front money., and we look for another partner. Dealing with Abbott , our lawyers got snowed. Shareholders are paying the price while the Homeys get a large paycheck. Homeys, it's our turn, or hit the bricks.

    Going to Zero

Should be at zero in about 2030, how many divi's left until then? Sounds like you're short the stock to me. If it's going to zero, post some facts to prove it.

Seems to me the problem here is lack of sales and delution on top of that. Been here for over 3 years and the stock has not been this low. Average down, my butt, it continues to be a boat anchor. Company tells use they have enough cash on hand, then we get another delution , WHY? To me this stock seems another 2 years away from turning a profit. We can't trust what the companies says at this point. We improved sales by 50%, but let's kill any upside buying, selling more shares dirt cheap. Boys more interested in a paycheck than raising share price. They have no clue !

Price of divi goes down if prices are depressed or production falls. Key is to extract more oil from each producing well. Most of these type of companies fail to hire other companies that know how to increase production. Fracking just 1 form.

How about reinvesting the divi? Share price is cheap and has upside potential considering the drop it's taken. If you don't need the divi, now as income, buy more shares.

ECT seems to be a good play. Share price is on the lower end of range, so appreciation can come into play down the road. I would wait till they announce their next divi to see if they will maintain the current divi or if it's cut more. Divi has been going down and market is due for a correction. If correction occurs the stock may become a real bargain .I'm waiting for a bit longer before buying any additional shares.

i think Apricus is being bought out

    by robert_moore349 Jul 3, 2014 10:01 AM

I really can't see a buyout at this time. 1 lonely launch in 3 plus years doesn't excite me. Been stuck here for over 3 years and still taking the pipe. Should have continued buying Divi stocks instead of this one. Looking at energy stocks and mlp's for the future. Line, LNG and Sbr will ramp up ext years. America for the 1st will be exporting Natural gas . China will be a Hugh buyer of natural gas and plants are being built in Louisiana to convert NG to liquid form. With the Panama Canal being widen, large double hulled tankers will save 8500 miles to deliver the product. America has finally found enough oil and NG to walk away from the Arabs. I'm sure we won't , but they should have enough money to buy there own Army. Our kids need to come home. These people have been fighting each other for hundreds of years, we are not going to solve that problem. Bring our kids home, allow the evil ones do what they do to each other. Next year American energy rocks big time. Do some DD to take Advantage . LNG should be a big winner, but price is already up there.

  • bobgolfer70 by bobgolfer70 Jul 2, 2014 3:29 PM Flag

Within the next year, the big commodity will be natural gas. For the 1 st time in history, we will export natural gas to the rest of the world.plants are being built as I write this. Sabine will be up and running next year as will be other plants and many more have been approved for construction. Symbol LNG should be a Hugh winner. The Panama Canal, that has been widened will allow transport of natural gas to be transported to Asia in the largest tankers ever built. The government has approved at least 20 other companies to build plants for NG export at this time. Here many buses have been converted to NG instead of gasoline. Oil is still going to be needed and as tech improves, more oil will be extracted than ever before. If you are into natural gas, LNG is by far getting a head start. Sabine in Louisiana will be the 1st to open as are plants in Texas. Next year, we can walk away from the Middle East, we won't need there oil, we have oceans of it. We also gave enough NG to last at least 100 years. The World is changing big time in less than a year. Info here is not my opinion, but from services I pay for. We protect the Middle East and our kids are dying, we don't need em, that's my opinion. Any questions? I'll try to answer them. This info is passed along from a report named, "AMERICA 2015: The Year We Change The World. Believe it or Not. BG

  • bobgolfer70 by bobgolfer70 Jun 26, 2014 10:54 PM Flag

Gas prices going up because of problems in Iraq, Russia's pipeline of natural gas being transported in Europe has been stopped . 2 new plants being built in Louisiana to export natural gas, the oil and gas being produced now, should be worth more even if production stays the same. Gas will be over $4 a gal. Soon in many parts of the country, seems to me, the PPS of this stock will be forced to go up as production overseas is tanking.

Here is why I am buying SDR at 7.4- 7.71

Greg, after what you wrote, why would u short?

  • Oil and gas are the future. The US has more of each than the rest of the world combined. In another year we will not need the Arabs and there oil, we have 9 times what they have. Natural gas is even better, we extract it and can sell it overseas at 4 times what it costs us to extract. 2 plants are now being built in Louisiana for the purpose of sending natural gas in liquid form to overseas. We don't need Arab oil or natural gas, between us and Canada, we don't need the foreigners at all. The technology for extracting oil is the best it's ever been. If the management here is half smart, they are sitting on a gold mine. Technology is super if you know how to access it. We don't need our kids dying overseas to protect the oil interests, let the Saudis buy there own Army instead of 100 million dollar yachts . We have at least 9 trillion barrels of oil we can tap, but the government and the lobbie boys are trying to protect the foreign interest. Off the soap box, but the facts are true. I pay good money to be informed of these facts and that's what they tell me. Bottom line, we do not need foreign oil or natural gas.

Tired of reading the #$%$ both of you post, do all of us a favor and both of you Shut Up. This board now sucks with the current crew of people posting here. Get a life and move on, a day without either of you here would be a relief. Have a good weekend, take a vacation from posting already.

G,how many shares will be enough to get their fill? Stock being up 2 cents is disappointing to me. Any other news as to which partner will launch next, gave up hope on Abbott. They may be watching to see how it goes in the UK . Looks like no big funds have added additional shares , as of yet. Think the next launch will start the ball rolling.

Will be interesting to see if this launch really happens after toooooo many years of waiting. Bought and traded in 3 cars waiting for this to happen. By the time Abbott launches, I may be in back of a Cadillac in the permanent prone position, Ha.

Dennis, after over three. plus years, the Hacker is still here. Nothing new to post, waiting for a launch , as usual. Reading what is being posted here is a waste of time. Remembering some Bud's who's names are on a wall, this day. Peace, Dennis.

After hours high was $2.56 on 7300 shares. Will the MM allow this stock to run or knock it down as usual. Stock closed at $2.47, so if you're selling, I'd use that or more as my asking price.

You can buy my shares for $6. What does 3 million shares short mean to begin with? U short? Stock seems to be up after hours, buy, cover or sell. You going to be here for more than 3 days? What brings u here in the 1st place? What's your point?

How much you make on this stock? Holding the bag like most shareholders here. Past performance is no guarantee of future picks. I think you'll have to wait forever to see a 1350% return on this stock.

On the boards of all these cheap stocks, I don't own one where the CEO is loved. The only common denominator amoung them is lies, delution and reverse splits. If a CEO steps down, look for bad things to happen before a new CEO arrives. For the time he's been here, Pascoe hasn't said much, good or bad. Maybe next week he'll actually say something us shareholders would like to hear.
