I'm surprised he held strong at 9.22 today. His stock picks must have done OK. The problem is in 3 weeks, another options expiration so that week will hurt him bad.
30 bucks a share huh? So you're basically looking for lock limit down in the market. Good luck with that.
We're in real bad trouble, but not until 2016/2017. This simply cannot end well, if you'd told people this 20 years ago they'd think the Dow was down 40% and people were jumping out windows. For now, I'm saying SPY goes to 300 then 130. So SVXY to 450 then 5.
We're down to two bears in the entire world LOL!
Whether or not you agree with the course, you have to admit they accomplished something. If somebody showed you the data that came out of Japan you wouldn't be surprised to see the market lose 25% in a day. Instead, one of the greatest rallies ever. Like I said, not easy to do this.
That top didn't last long, just broke through it. I know you won't listen but SPY is hitting 300 in under 24 months.
This is it right here guys- one of the handful of most significant days in the history of financial markets. Enjoy the gains but don't lose sight of history and tip your cap to the central banks. This was not easy.
After new all time highs today and a 2000 point rise on the Dow in 2 weeks I want to see an incredible rant.
I think we go to 3000 spx then 1500 by 2020. Wild, scary action but glad to be long.
no need, they will be beating themselves up already. Look at Hussman's fund, over 30% loss since the 2009 bottom. Ouch!
We really should see SPY 300 in 2 years or less. We did 20 points in 2 weeks, the next 100 SPY points will be a bit tougher. It's easy to rack up gains when the Fed has the market's back.
This is starting to look too much like a 1999/2000 frenzy. We don't want that, rather have a more orderly move higher.
It's simply wonderful to see.
Just my opinion. Weekly comment will be wild, frothy over the top ranting. It won't be much longer until he's out of the industry completely.
Sad thing is Schiff's followers may be broke but he's made a fortune selling them worthless advice. Look, we all know stocks are wildly overvalued, this is a bubble and there will be a devastating crash someday. Question is the timing. Personally I'm with Grantham, this bubble goes straight up for at least 2 more years. At SPY 300 I'll be taking my profits on XIV and other positions.
