Fear not , farfighter , The FED and other central banks have been using every trick in the book to suppress the gold price in an effort to maintain credibility in paper currency .. But the party is soon to be over.
The upside correction will be swift and brutal ..
.Only entities with immense reserves of bullion...and a willingness to dump it will be able to restrain the price .
There is already mounting suspicion about how much gold the US FED still owns vis a vis the billboarded "8,ooo Tons " ...stay the course !

  • If the FN has been ruled to have no proprietary rights over Prosperity ,
1- Do they still the potential to make continuing trouble ?
2 -Does fish lake now belong to TGB ?
3- Is there a shred of rational basis for the environmental wackos in Ottawa to continue stonewalling ?
4- Is there any possible indication of official corruption ?

Thank you , John.....That is GOOD news ......A full approval would possibly trigger a stampede of speculative buying , considering the intrinsic value of the metal under Prosperity vis a vis the current low share price .....not to mention the impact of any rise in metal prices .The risk reward ratio keeps me on board with TGB ,,,,,btw - give the fog a break ... his ongoing skepticism has tempered excessive exuberance with well aimed caution ....Risk still exists .This goes beyond the simplistic notion of "Paleface wins - FN loses ." ... into the twilight zone of bizarre Ottawa politics .. Hopefully the BC government will continue to press the issue .. Prepare for a wild ride .

Does anyone opine what share price would be likely supported by an actual approval of NP.?
Certainly this is an interesting subject of speculation for all TGB investors .

Fog , you have put a lot into TGB ..I hope that in fact you have not dumped
position ..With the FN issue now clarified , and the Enviros faced with having rejected the project based on the wrong study . , the BC government will apply ongoing pressure on Ottawa in order to cash in on this potential tax resource . ... Money ? an approved NP will attract plenty of money. I was also on the verge of quitting , but I am now inclined to hang in ,with this highly leveraged , if still speculative venture worse than a lottery ticket ....probably with better odds .,,

For total governmental corruption , The Federal Government of Canada compares favorably with most 3rd world countries ...a chrome plated version of Indonesia or the Congo....The only final solution to the destructive actions and malicious interference by Ottawa ? Provincial secession from the Confederation'
Possible exception: Quebec ... The intrepid Quebecois use their obvious leverage to squeeze the Federal; trash for subsidies as the price to remain on board and not pull the rug on the power lords of Ottawa....Who pays ? BC and the Praerie Provinces ,, The Maratimes ? already broke ..... With fisheries collapse , they are constructively banana republics without bananas....Balkanization would benefit the legitimate regions of Canada
.The biggest joke of the north ?.... " Nunavut "
