"McNay has no respect for Finkelstein, IMO. Goldstein sold McNay on it. Goldstein can sell others at BIO CEO too."
Sno, that is one of your many typical baseless statements. You have no clue as to how McNay got invested or what his opinion of JJ is? Why do you make up such #$%$? You think because you have said negative things about jj, and tb4 and its trials for many years that you have some special insight into the thought process and motivations for McNays involvement. All anyone can say for sure is that he has been and continues to be invested for these many years. And when rgrx was most desperate for money, he led the
I get that as we get closer to trial results, you will be coming up with more inane "analysis". But do us all a favor and just stick to research, as your track record in other areas just plain stinks.
And no hedge fund is going to buy a million shares of a sub 50 cent BB stock that is as illiquid as rgrx; they couldnt find the shares. And not likely shorts would provide.
Friday news. They are really hyping this thing and never a mention of the AE's. We should have plenty of data here by July to show the advantage of TB4 in terns of safety and efficacy by then. Its a huge market and the more attention given to the new, relaxed standards by the FDA for dry eye, the better..
Shire plc (LSE: SHP, NASDAQ: SHPG) announced today that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has acknowledged receipt of the resubmission of the New Drug Application (NDA) for lifitegrast for the treatment of signs and symptoms of dry eye disease in adults. Shire resubmitted the NDA in response to the complete response letter (CRL) received from the FDA on October 16, 2015 that requested an additional clinical study and more information related to product quality. The FDA determined that the submission is a complete response and has assigned a 6-month review period for the NDA and a Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) goal date of July 22, 2016
The 3600 calls i reported real time was never the total volume. More importantly, it was ONE tick, One buyer. That takes retail right out of the picture. And while many times volume is less meaningful, if you put large tick together with buyer paying over the offer price, you have a very actionable trade. The balance of volume was smarter retail piggy backing instututional buy.
FDA and drama going on here is noise, options say over 16 soon. We shall see.
Just stating facts, something you never do. True, they were all in the past(with the same players who are still at company by the way; Ma), but since Ma and Castle choose to not give us any info on future, its all we have to go on.
Why do you waste your time. Ma has always been tone deaf to shareholders. When you are stealing from shareholders, you dont really want to talk with them........get it?
Rikers Island vacation for castle, Ma and leiberman.
Impossible to buy on the bid now. Something that was possible almost everyday for the last few months. Tight range is about to get broken. I dont know why, as well as you know the story, you dont add. Everyone here should be adding. The stock has held like a rock as the bios and spy has tanked. Gtree doing trials, seeing interim results, stock reacting accordingly.
Put an inside bid in. You wont buy as mm will up it by a .0001.
Talk about to end, and the action is about to start. IMHO
Anyone who was part of the roche/igen saga knows that roche is a nasty outfit and will stop at nothing to get the price they want. It takes a tough mangement team to get top dollar for shareholders.
Back in '03, when roche did finally get igen, they used every tactic in the book to get igens shares lower to make their offer more attractive. They even were caught selling igen short to push price down. This is not opinion but proven in many of the court procedings. Eventually, igen won the day after a long fight and got the price they wanted.
To those of us who have been here for years, these facts are well known. Its all in the SEC docs. Yahoo doesnt allow links anymore, so you will have to find the docs yourself.
Are my facts incorrect? All i say is true and can be verified if you ever cared to do a little research.
Smalls knows the real story. None of us like it, but it is what it is
payoff for silence. Pay off to who
You dont know the answer to that, you have done little dd here. It is a fact that buyback was used to buy stock from dempsey. He was a top executive who left claiming accounting irregularities. He had millions of shares and Ma bought them back with our money to silence him. That is a fact.
Now, we have a strange "retirement" of Hill of gehc, right in front of what is supposed to be the best earnings of the division. And, stock is selling off on big volume. Accounting problems again or Ge leaving? Gird your loins boys and girls. .............................. Ma and Castle reserving room with a view at Rikers
Mia, you define the word coward. Throwing insults hiding behind yahoo anonymity. What a punk you are.
If you had a pair you would be bidding everday and buying like myself.
And i dont know why you cant understand, the deal i say may happen doesnt cap gains for a quick hit. RGRX still rewarded with trial success as gtree appreciation makes rgrx go higher. Ever seen a stock deal?? Can you understand? I guess not. Now, go ask you wife if you can buy a couple hundred shares...
Why wouldnt they? They give up nothing. They werent interested in being active in the operations of rgrx. And they wont be in gtree. If they go from 30% to a little under 10% of gtree, what does it matter? They get new management, tax free exchange, and a better capitalized company that will bring all indications of tb4 to the market. In short, an investment with better potential returns.
I dont understand why taking an immediate pre trial uptick in rgrx and all the appreciation from success in the gtree exchange ratio is a bad thing?. RGRX will still be trading when trial announced(as bull says deal will take a while to close) and will appreciate as gtree stock goes higher. How is that giving in to a quick buck? You will make more with the exchange. The manipulation would have to stop as stock will have to trade with upticks in gtree according to the ratio.
And i know you are not naive, gtree doesnt share all info with rgrx just cause of JV. Come on Donk.
And you or i voting against such a deal will have no impact on deal. We are small fish.
All i can say is that if gtree stock continues its crazy rise while rgrx is held back, rgrx is very vulnerable. And if ST likes the deal, it will happen; sooner than later?
Tax free exchange is music to st's corporate ears. In my example, I am assuming gtree knows that trial is going well and will hit endpoints. Knowing this, and wanting all indications, and having an inflated stock price, deal is done before results. I, and i believe others, would vote yes, knowing rgrx would gap to near a dollar. One could sell or hang. When postive results announced later, appreciation in gtree stock will reward rgrx holders. In fact, a case could be made that gtree would go higher than an BB manipulated rgrx stock. And as exchange ratio in gtree shares has been set, rgrx would still be trading higher on positive news following gtree stock till deal consumated. No money left on the table on good news. Its not a static cash price, thats the beauty of it.
Anyway, if i was the banker, thats how i would present. But, all this depends on how aggressive gtree wants to be with tb4. ST and Gtree hold cards, do they want deal now or later?
Reseller, you are the master of telling others to whistle by the graveyard. Since you came with all your enabling Ma comments, stock has done nothing but go down on big volume. But, shareholders here are told to believe that its just an inefficient market. You think Lynch had a stock like vaso, with its corrupt management and bb exchange in mind when he talked about effecient markets.
They are not selling or cashing out. I am talking about a stock deal. You dont know the tax consequences. ST gets new management and still maintains interest in the TB4 franchise. No one has to cash out, but deal gives those who want to a way of doing it.
It appears no one believes this, but i stick to it. Value of gtree is high for a reason. Really, who wouldnt take 5 million of gtree shares now? You like your chances, just hold on. Its a no brainer and maybe just he way out of rgrx management that ST has been looking for.
you are an idiot, like your buddy reseller. Did the market like that Q? Is stock up or down since? What is the market saying about the netwolve acquisition? OR change in leadership at gehc???
Good post newbe.
You're right, a ceo with one failed strategy after another has nothing to do with a declining share price. To say nothing of the cherry inside deal he gave Castle. Bunch of crooks
