    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • 1- First and foremost, we need to move Jack out of the front office. We need a dynamic, charismatic leader that knows how to instill confidence in the investing community.

2- We must pursue to the Nth degree, BelPhen and Belsmoke in any and every possible way we can.

3- We need to advertise strictly in primetime and with some actual successful Belviq users that talk about what Belviq has done for them.

4- We need a much more active, proactive Investor Relations, they completely suck presently.

5- We have to boost sales, without boosted sales, we never go anywhere. Revenue, revenue, revenue.

6- We need a Big Time Celebrity to endorse our product. Chris Christy, The Oprah, Neil Cavuto, etc.

7- We have to cut our costs where we can going forward, we don't want there to be any chance that we need to dilute our stock to raise money.

8- We must pursue with vigor anyone that libels our company, ( Adam Fraudstein,)

9- Lastly, we should strongly encourage our management to buy ARNA stock in the open market. This is always, always a very positive sign for a company.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • At this rate, shorts are going to have lots of trouble covering, especially on any hint of unknowm positive news.

Back to top. Manipulate all you want boys, we just buy more.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • I have been buying, dollar cost averaging for over three years now. Nothing can shake my confidence in this Novel new incredible drug. I have certainly been discoraged along the way (JLs automatic sale, silly analyst)but I remain steadfast and supremely confident that we are on the cusp of becoming a very large Pharma with a much larger market cap than we currently have. Keep the faith, good things come to those that wait.

I think this week is the turning point for us retail longs, shorts are becoming very desperate. We have won the battle and the share price will soon reflect that. I just keep adding shares that the dumbarses are selling.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • It looks as if some shorts are starting to capitulate, capitulation works both directions. I hope they are feeling some pain.

Volume and price moving nicely, where is the news? Maybe this is delayed response to the good news over the last 6 months in addition to the DOA to our new competition Blackbox Orex.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Just don't know what to make of days like today, really kind of baffling. I guess the retail selling had just been exhausted and they had to raise the offer to get some more shares. I am sure some of the day trading momo folks jumped in as well. I will be happy when I see 100 million shares traded in one day and a doubling of the share price. I will know we are going somewhere then. The cricket noises coming out of the ARENA IR department baffle me more than anything though, where the heck are those guys and why do they continue to be employed? There must be something going on in the front office that we are not privy to. Call me a conspiracy theorist if you want, but this stock has traded very strangely over the last couple of months, all the while the Short Interest has decreased by more than 40% with the share price decreasing the whole way. Commonsense tells me what I know to be true, retail investors are flys in the ointment, pesky mosquitos to be dealt with. Companies allegiance is to Hedgefunds and Institutional Investors not us pauper retail investors that know not what we invest in. I will continue to dollar cost average and defy the Fudsters, HFs, and insiders in the know all the way to the bank in the next couple of years. Something just doesn't add up here, hopefully we will learn over the next couple of months what the hey is going on.

    Message Board Activity.....

Right on the mark Bengal, problem is the Company (Arena) is complicit in the destruction of the share price though. We (retail investors) get no help in the way of Investor Relations to fight off all the FUD espoused by the Fudsters (Spencer Oddball, Jim Cramer, Fraudstein, etc.). We get no help in IR actually doing their job and keeping the investing public updated with the various happenings with Belviq and the Pipeline drugs. We just have to continue searching for that info ourselves, no help from IR. While I agree ARNA is the busiest MB and for good reason, I think a lot of our problem with Share Price is a result of the non communicative Investor Relations Department. I am continuing to dollar cost average into ARNA and am a good sized stake holder in for the long term but sure would like to see some self promotion by the company. I communicate with IR regularly, one way that is because seldom do I get a response. I did get a call back one time and the lady obviously felt my pain but wasn't very helpful. I just really have to think sometimes that Jack and company are in bed with the Institutional shorts, don't know how else to look at it. 25% of our share price is in cash, are you kidding me. We receive orphan drug status for another drug in the pipeline and scripts have surpassed Quicksandia, what gives? The only other thing I can't think of, is we might be in a quiet period because of some dealings to purchase the company. The company has been eerily quiet of late while we watch our share price continue to erode . I am in for the next 2 to 5 years no matter but would like to see some improvement in IR and management. Nothing the Fudsters can say or do will cause me to sell.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • If you have done your due diligence and understand the ways of the market, you realize that Belviq and ARNA will win. The CREAM has risen to the top, now we can just watch as our shares rise toward true value over the next couple of years. Word is getting out despite all the mistakes of management.

My suggestion to you would be to discontinue reading the CLAPTRAP from Spencer like most of the other investors in ARNA that realize and know he is a paid shill and depends on folks like you to perpetuate his garbage.

Are we in a quiet period, doesn't appear to be anything stirring at Arena HQ, not even a mouse but maybe a RAT. Absolutely no support for the retail investor, it's maddening. OK, got that off my chest, can get back to being patient and dollar cost averaging.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • bockmeister2 bockmeister2 Sep 8, 2014 12:45 PM Flag

Still true today, tomorrow, next week, etc. We will witness a sharp increase in share price over next couple of years, just a matter of patience.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • If any of the above sounds familiar, then the FUDSTERS are doing their job. With the help of MMs, HFs, Dark Pools, they are able to steal your shares as long as you are willing to let them. Fight back by separating your emotions from investing. If you have done your due diligence, your realize what we have is a stock whose share price is separated from reality. My thoughts are to continue dollar cost averaging, a little at a time, don't buy any on margin and don't loan your shares out. We will survive and thrive, just a matter of time which I have plenty of. Look at the VVUS board, 3 or 4 posst per day, look at ARNA board, literally 1000s of post per day. You going to tell me ARNA is a loser, ya right. I got ya'll (Short Hucksters) right where I want you. I look forward to the day, I wake up and we are up 200% because someone want to partner with a drug in our pipeline or Belviq busts out big time. And maybe just maybe, one day the Arena IR department gets in gear.

Why has Spencer Osborne disappeared ?

Good riddance, he is tool for HFs, soft basher, always a negative slant to his pieces. He is obviously not objective. I for one am overjoyed that he has disappeared for the most part. I quit reading his pieces nearly a year ago.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • The FUDSTERS here will do and say whatever, they have no emotional ties to ARNA, other than to receive their paychecks for posting, misleading, fear mongering on the board. ARNA is clearly distinguishing itself as the leader in the Battle of The Bulge, 1 year safety, results, and future indications. Qysmia and Orex are both has beens. We continue to take market share, continue to advertise, continue to contact more and more Docs and word of mouth is spreading the success as well. Just be patient, ignore the daily gyrations and a few months, years from now you will be richly rewarded. Short interest has declined some 40% over the last 7 months, when Institutions are able to aquire what they want, ARNA will run. Traders will return from VACA next week and we will see a pickup in volume and share price. We are Winning.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy
