KWK never went to $1 anytime in the last decade. Check your charts.

Really? It's not worth only $300mm. It's $300mm market cap and $1.8 billion in debt, so is it worth $2.1 billion? Without HRB it's not. That's why the funds are leaving, no news = bad news.

We've all been waiting and Glenn has been delaying and misleading month after month. All the while he soaks the shareholders for $5mm a year comp. What a shame!

I don't necessarily trust Glenn Darden anymore, but he did make it clear he wouldn't do the secondary until the HRB deal was announced, with presumably a much higher share price. Does this S-3 mean we're really close? I don't know, but for them to sell shares at $1.90 would be an insult to every shareholder that's helped prop them up for the last three years.

Kem, do you think the catalyst is reversal of rates? Or something else brewing? Where does this ORIG play into DRYS success? I'd have to think there is some value here. No position as of now, but contemplating next week.

No, Glenn is making money. What, $5mm a year or so? Taking KWK from $43 to $2 and somehow he's still here? But the joke is on all of us suckers and bagholders...Glenn, you win, we lose. But at least I can still look myself in the mirror and not puke...And somehow his compensation was again approved! I guess if you have enough shares you can vote yourself as much pay as you want. BOD- fiduciary duty, or you rub my back I rub yours? $2.46. Share price performance is as bad as you could get.

Yep, I think Southwest unloading more shares. But the volume has been low, so not certain. Still some upside here. I think this summer will be best buying opportunity (now and next 60 days) and price will rise this fall into year end. Hot summer and larger than expected NG draws and all bets are off.

I'm up to my gills in ANR and ACI averaging down since last sell-off. Still have some KWK (puke) as well. Not a happy shareholder, Glenn let us down, but still holding some shares.

$10mm. What a steal! Stealing from the shareholders that is...Every penny to Glenn is a penny that could be going to making KWK profitable.

    HRB deal

I have a few thoughts as well. Except mine go back to 2011 when KWK first started talking about British Columbia. I think there once was a deal that has since been lost. There may be several impediments preventing HRB gas from coming on-line profitably. All this infrastructure cost big $$. It's really pretty simple; how luch can they sell the gas for and how much will they have to invest/spend in capex to bring the gas to market. If the $$$ component made sense the deal would have been sealed last year. We wouldn't know because Glenn is a $5mm a year mute that has a tendency to not meet expectations quarter after quarter. The bigger problem remains the debt and the question we should all be asking is if KWK can survive long enough to monetize more assets. Only Glenn and a few insiders know for sure but $2 billion is a big number and really difficult to get out from underneath. I drank the KWK cool-aid and was disillusioned and blinded by the prospects of a 5 bagger. Will it happen- maybe. Are there better bets, yes I think so. I've taken a more long-term position in the coal names as they have the cash to withstand the near term headwinds until 2016 when the recovery finally begins. As for KWK, still have an interest, still have some shares, still hoping one day I log on to find an announcement that Tokyo Gas bought 1/4 interest in HRB for $500mm valuing the assets at $2billion.
