INO isn't close to getting anything banned.
I didn't think so.
34 more years of preclinical pumps?
When will these ludicrous pumps cease?
If more trials are required....expect two to three more years of dilution and the pps dropping to single digit pennies.
Jump off the bridge with him?
But INO is not even worth $45M.
34 years of failure and futility isn't worth one tenth of $450M.
The show includes electroporation of her DNA.
You know who you are.
INO lost ($31,000,000.00) last quarter alone.
Kimmie went on a lot of all expenses paid junkets .....Vegas, Barcelona...........
Sunil agreed to a double hit .... a competing product will undoubtedly impact Probuphine sales and therefore reduce the total royalty. But Sunil also agreed to a reduced royalty rate on the diminished sales.
Titan is only getting about 15% of sales. Why agree to reduce that to 10% or 5% or reduce it to whatever amount, upon the entrance of competition?
Has anyone ever seen that in a partnership agreement?
If anything, Titan's royalty rate should be increased if there is new competition.
If there are 1 (or 20) new long lasting competing products, Titan's royalty will be REDUCED per section 6.2(b).
Upon the entrance of ANY competition, just the entrance of ONE will reduce the royalty.
A second product by Braeburn is covered under section 6.2(c) .... Titan will get 1% royalty with a $50M cap.
Those are two separate and distinct sections.
Section 6,2(b) specifies that the tiered royalty agreed to in section 6: xx% up to yysales, zz% on sales between aa and bb, an cc% on sales over dd will be REDUCED to .......... upon the entrance of new competition.
Section 6.2(c) is not a reduction ... if Braeburn markets a competing second product, Titan will receive a low single digit royalty that is capped.
Sunil is going to cancel the agreement?
Pull the plug on Braeburn?
Sunil will give them more give backs in the next modification.
