This isn't the only China stock to get caught and have to redo their numbers down.
This is just what you risk when investing in stocks you know nothing about.
Yes there have been frauds in the US too, but it is easier normally to look into a US listed
company. The China frauds that have hit the market are a list to long to print out here.
Beware when Chinese companies get behind the eight ball and go private it usually ends bad
for the US investors.
He is right about congoisking. That guy has made an idiot of himself on NQ for over a year. A real moron!
he is covering his short but I do not thing so. It would make it to obvious he is in on
the false report that came out on 60 Minutes. Amazing what the shorts can get away with.
Pay to get false reports on TV. Hope LL proves them wrong and sues 60 Minutes.
Why use it to buy back stock when it can all end up in their pockets and there is nothing anybody over here can do about it. That money the pumpers like to talk about can only be gotten to by a couple individuals.
I admit to not having any share, but have followed this stock since a news letter written by
Rev. Shark recommended it a long time ago. That was before the MW attack.
IF a legitimate company, and I am not saying NQ isn't, got attacked by MW say GE, IBM, or so
many others I could name. Would they spend the better part of a year defending itself and have
to redo 3 quarters of financials. Or would they just blow them off.
Why did NQ after the MW attack decide its financials were not in order the take all this time and lose
all the institutional investors for a false report? Once lost institutions are hard to get back to follow your
I hold no shares and at this time have no intention of buying them, but just curious what the thoughts
on this are. It seems to me if the report was totally false why all of a sudden did NQ have to redo all this?
Why did it take close to a year to even get an audit done?
what can the down side be at this time? Seems like might be worth playing for a bounce then dump again.
What is you reasons for say a buy of a lifetime. Anybody can make stupid claims.
If you are going to post follow it up with some reason. What DD did you do to come up
with that statement.
I see a stock that has disappointed the share holders for a very long time. A company that does not know how to bid profitably on projects. Only thing that looks interesting to me
is what it is trading compared to its bool value.
I would venture to guess this will probably sell off some but no where near its
old lows. The only thing that will drop this back to the old lows if if they show a loss
again. Then you will see a big drop.
